Johnny did an excellent job, was very professional and gave me a full report of the status of our air ducts. On the scheduling end, Julie was able to schedule me for service within only a couple of days following my initial request.

Complete air helped me negotiate the 'miss communication,' between my Home Warranty Company, the Parts Supplier, and themselves. There were several days delay, NOT because of Complete Air but rather because my Home Warranty Company dropped the ball on the parts order, trying to negotiate or change the part and the part supplier.

My AC had gone out over the weekend and I was able to call Monday morning And to my amazement they were able to get somebody out to me that morning. Chris was my technician and he was great, talking only about 30 minutes to diagnose and repair the situation. Needing to get your AC repaired in the heat of the summer can be very stressful. Complete Air Mechanical made it super easy. I was super impressed that a technician was able to get out to my place in about two hours. incredible! I will be scheduling my yearly maintenance with them. THANK YOU!

The same day I called for a quote, a quote was delivered and the quote was significantly less than two other quotes I received. I requested installation the next business day and they delivered. I am so happy with the service I received that I plan to use them at all my properties moving forward. Workman arrived same day as call for service and did an outstanding and thorough job all the way up to roof.

$39 deal included cleaning drain line. Since mine was actually clogged at the time, I was told that was not included and this would be classified as a service and the $39 would be applied to the service call, etc. The total would have been over $100. At that point I sent the technician away. The technician was not the issue. He was prompt and professional. Having easily cleared the line myself exactly the same way a non-clogged line would be "cleaned" after the fact, the up charge was not warranted.

They were very friendly and helpful. They made sure to find us the best unit for our house and made sure to answer any questions we had. They took the time to explain things to us so we understood.
