Complete Air Mechanical

The technician was very friendly and courteous. He arrived, inspected the area, moved his equipment upstairs (where the dryer was), performed the work, restored everything and was gone in about 45 minutes. He left the area as clean and neat as it was when he arrived. Very happy with the work done.

Terribly. It still hasn't been done. I need to find a new provider.

I made a Big Deal purchase with them. The service was excellent. The problem was that I was scheduled last week of December and I didn't receive their service until the first week of January, but the service was excellent. They performed pretty good and he did his best all the time. There was no extra charge. Their pricing was reasonable. There was a lot of work. It was more done 4 hours of work in the whole house. He did pretty good and I have no complaints about it. It wasn’t advertised that they would be closing and I was scheduled before the end of December but the service would not be performed until the following year because everybody was on vacation. I called to see what was going on with my service and then somebody answered the phone and the person apologized 20 times to me and he said that as soon as they come back on January 2, they will be working to schedule me. It wasn’t really their fault and it’s not a big deal. They were on time. I would use them any time if I needed to.

Very well. Johnny arrived on time and worked with no apparent difficulty up in my attic and out behind the dryer. He showed me the accumulation of lint in the vent and worked quickly and thoroughly.

The technician called to say he could arrive earlier than scheduled. He inspected the duct at the dryer, through the attic, and to the roof. A bit of lint was removed at the roof vent. He vacuum-cleaned the entire length of the duct, and cleaned up the area around the dryer. In all, the service was done in about 45 minutes.

He did a great job. He made me comfortable by explaining everything he was doing.

OK. They replaced the compressor starting cap, which seems to have helped.

They were great. He came in and figured out what it was. He fixed it for me actually while I was there. They were wonderful, really great. They came in and took care of everything for me. It didn't take very long at all to figure out what was wrong. He just solved the one thing and then he fixed it and that was it. I mean, it was just "Wow." They could have ended up with somebody who was trying to take money or advantage of a woman. They could have easily told me it was anything and I would've paid for it. He could have easily said "I need to do more of this," "I need to do more of that." He was very kind. Basically, he just took care of it right away and I respect that. That's why I always use Angie's List. I read reviews of different things. He's very nice. He was prompt. He fixed it and it gave me peace of mind. It really did. Great peace of mind. Everything is A. It was very commendable. It was really, really, very, very pleasant experience. I'll be calling them out again this year.

The ducts were very thoroughly cleaned in a most professional manner. The technician arrived right on time and was a most pleasant individual. Altogether this was a very satisfactory experience for us.

Excellent job! The tech arrived on time and explained in a professional manner what he would be doing. He showed me how blocked the tubing was. He checked the whole vent from the dryer hose thru the attic and the roof and made sure everything was in working order. He did a great job of cleaning up too!

It was wonderful. The dryer vent/duck had not been cleaned for some time and John did an excellent job in a timely manner. He called on his way and showed up within the specified time frame. I will definitely call them again.

Improper and inadequate diagnoses of faulty A/C system resulting in Complete Air Mechanical of Central Florida charging over $700 for improper service On June 7th 2016 I hired Complete Air Mechanical of Central Florida to resolve issue with my A/C. The technician arrived and rushed to diagnose the program that was causing the system not to cool. He said the reason for the issue was that the system needed Freon and that the "cap" was missing and quickly left my home without looking over the system fully. On the 15th of June the company returned to add Freon to the system. 48 hours later the system was not functioning again. I attempted to contact the company 4 to 5 times to try to get them to remedy the situations - I still have not gotten a call back. I was forced to hire another company to complete the job. They informed me that the issues was actually related to the accumulator and should have been easily identified if the first technician had done more then just a cursory investigation of the system. Complete Air Mechanical of Central Florida charge over $700 ($420 pay by myself on credit card and the rest by my home warranty company) for service that was improper given the condition of the system and they should have know that. I requested my money back Complete Air Mechanical of Central Florida but they will not return my calls. I would not recommend this company to anyone and have filed a complaint with the BBB

There was great follow up from the company after purchasing the Angie's List deal. The company came to my house within the time period specified. They were very friendly.

Excellent service with Complete Air Mechanic. My AC stopped working late Sunday afternoon. Called and received a call back within 20 mins. Spoke with Bo and explained what we thought the problem was. Told Bo i found him on Angie's list. Siince I am a member I must say the service call fee for a Sunday was very reasonable. It wound up being a clogged condensation line. To save me money Bo offered to talk my son through clearing out the clog which was very, very simple to do. If this didn't work he would then come out. We called him back (a couple of times) just to make sure we were doing everything right and Bo was very patient. Problem solved. I was not a previous customer but will be one now. I'm making an appointment for general maintenance service. Cost for today's service $0, Excellent customer service....Priceless

I did not like the company because they didn't bring a list of the things they do. The guy that came out didn't even have a business card.

They were supposed to come and he was late. I had to call him 3 times. When he did arrive, the included service was diagnoses and tune-up. The guy was not knowledgeable. When i questioned him he was rude and disrespectful. He did not do a tune up and still charged me for it. The diagnoses they gave me I had checked again and it was a completely different problem. This was not a good experience.
