Collis Roofing did a great job! They arrived on time and were quick to get the job done. They were very professional, explaining what they were doing. They also attached a piece of siding that had come loose around the garage at no extra charge. Very please with the work done.

Very very good! They had knocked over one of my lights and it had broke but without me even having to mention it to them they fixed it right away.

Real bad. Collis repaired one small roof leak. The cost was $375. A week later the roof started to leak again and I was not able to get another repair person out to my house for 3 rainy weeks. They came out the second time and claimed that the leak had been repaired but a few months later the same leak appeared. This time I went up on the roof to see for myself and found a rubber pad (Appox: 3'x3') covering the leak area. No second repair had taken place and I still had a leak and had another company come out and finally fix it. I paid $375 for WHAT. And I don't appreciate being deceived. Mark Romagosa Longwood, FL 2

I would ensure that you understand the fine points of their warranty. Originally when the seller paid for it they were trying to charge me 200 bucks just to come out and look at roof for warranty assessment. As i stated they are very professional and nice to work with but extremely disappointed they are 1 charging so much for fascia and pushing for gutters when they dont stand by original installation that isn't that old.

They were very professional and stood by their word and completed the project as promised. I had the final say on any work being done and they did not try to add any unnecessary work.

We live out of state and own a home that we rent out in Orlando. We spoke with Collis Roofing and with the estimator who was going to go to the property at a scheduled day and time to give us an estimate. The estimator never provided estimate as promised. I called him a couple days later and emailed him after that and still no response. I even called the company and they said they would have the estimator call us. They never called or responded in any way. It was very unprofessional. I guess they don't need any business.

It went absolutely perfectly. They were on time and professional. The cleaned up after themselves. We have absolutely no complaints.We are very happy with the service.

It might me on the high end. They're on time and efficient. The guy took pictures with his cellphone and he showed me which was really nice because I can't get up on the roof. He drew out exactly what they're going to do. It made me feel a little bit better. It seemed really honest. It actually saved us money. He didn't try to do something that wasn't necessary. It went perfectly.

Service went as expected. Good costumer service. Was able to contact them through phone and email. Difficult to comment on the quality of the job since the area repaired is hard to reach through the attic. However, I they did not give me any reason to be concerned about it.

Went very well, they were timely. reasonable and did good work.

They did a great job. The new roof, soffits and gutters are perfect. They were in and out and cleaned up after finished. Great job!

Is Collis still working? I got no answers or an estimate fo the Metall Roof.

All contact staff were well informed .The clean-up was excellent! I was especially pleased with how timely the work was completed.

Called for an estimate to fix a leaking roof. Left a message, had to follow up a few times just to get an appointment with an estimator. They did come out as scheduled and spent a good amount of time looking at things and writing down everything. They said I'd get an estimate in just a few days. A few days came and went, I called, got no live person just the answering machine, called again and again and again every couple of days, finally got a human, said I really need that estimate, after explaining who I was the date they came and my address, they couldn't find any record of the visit. They asked who was the name of the estimator. Not my job! They said they'd look into it. Nothing for days. I called at least three more times with more and more urgency and as of a month later never received a call, email or my estimate. I've since gone elsewhere. I rated an A for professionalism only because the estimators were very polite and professional. But the office let me down.

I talked to a representative over the phone who told me that someone would be getting back in touch with me. I never heard from anyone.

They fixed first leak, then I called finding another on other side....will use again.

AWFUL!!! This company put the original roof on our house. Just under the 5year mark the roof began to leak in our bathroom. Water was coming down the walls. We called to set up an appointment for a repair under warranty. They no showed several times after my husband spent entire days home from work. They finally came out and said they repaired it. It began leaking again in the same spot within 6 months. We were then out of warranty and had to pay $1200 to hire another company to repair it correctly.

Made an appointment for a sat nov 9th , called me to change the day to the following wed, got a text that he couldn't make wed would be there friday ...got another text that he couldn't make fri ......please don't use a roofing company that is either too busy or just not interested

The workers showed up on time and worked around the rain storms and got the main roof done in two days. An independent contractor came and did the pan roof on the attached porch. We were told that all of the materials would be cleaned up after the job was completed. While most of the nails were picked up, we were still finding nails a month after the job was completed. My husbands tractor mower had a flat tire as a result. While the workers did a very good joy on the roof, I think they could have done a better job of cleaning up the nails. Personal injury could have resulted to us as well. These nails and tacks are very long. Collis could have given us their invoice a couple of days after the job was completed but did not. I received a call from them while I was out of town asking for the money for the completed job. I explained that I was out of town and couldn't do anything until I got back. The consultant became quite adamant about it and said, "This wasnt' the agreement, you agreed to pay upon completion." I told him that I was the one who handled the finances and it would have to wait until I got back. Upon my return, I submitted to them the funds that the insurance company had already paid us. If they were in such a hurry, why didn't they give us the invoice when the job was completed, instead of waiting a week. They had to submit additional paperwork for the insurance company to release the balance of the payment. This also took a week for them the handle.

Collins seemed like a good bet for a quote to replace our roof as we are entertaining the idea of a metal roof and they stated that they provide that service. An appointment was set for an estimate but was cancelled by the estimator at the last minute. No effort was made to reschedule the appointment even after we called to follow up. We have moved on. Collins gets a "no sale".

Everyone was out of the office that day other than one guy. He came out to our house to look at the repair and their prices seemed reasonable for a re-roof. He said he would email us a quote the following Monday. I never received the quote. I have called twice and still have not gotten a response. I would still like to use them if they would just give me a call.

Collis installed the original roof in 2003 on a new construction home . It has only been 10 years and I find I now need a new roof primarily due to very poor installation practices by Collis. I had a representative from Collis out on June 17 2013 and have not heard from them again. I never received a quote to replace the roof nor did I receive any kind of indication that Collis acknowledged causing the problems I am now faced with. In short I find Collis to be extremely unresponsive and their work ethic is very lacking. This roof should have lasted at least 15 to 20 years if it had been installed correctly.

He was very professional on his review and explained what had to be done. However, it was much more that we could have done. We have not other estimates so we do not have anything to compare it with.

Mr. Stewart promised me e mail quotes by Monday, 7/15/2013. As of today (7/21) have heard nothing from Mr. Steward or Collis Roofing.
