Description of Work: They did a good job with the roof but did not put my solar panel back on correctly and it cost me more money to have someone fix it. My recommendation would be to have your own solar provider take off any solar panels and put them back on. Collis assured me their person knew what to do but...

Description of Work: We needed the flashing replaced around our chimney. The work took longer than expected but was well done. Unfortunately, they were unable to repair the transition from the stone chimney to the flashing - this is not a service provided by the company.

Description of Work: Reroofed barrel tile roof. They were also replacing 2 other roofs in the neighborhood. Their price was $10,000 less than our other quote. Their A+ rating was also attractive. We have been given a 4 week lead time...and it's raining😢 I will do a Followup when job is completed.

Description of Work: They did an excellent job repairing a flashing issue and they were very nice to deal with. The reason for the "B" overall rating is that it took 3 weeks from the date I contacted them to ultimately complete the job. And it seemed a little "pricey" for the size of the job. In full disclosure, I was anxious to have the repair completed and consequently, did not get other estimates. I was concerned there would be leaks into my Dining Room. Fortunately, it was unusually dry during that time. The work appears to be completed perfectly.

Description of Work: Replaced roof. | | |Brian from Collis Roofing responded quickly with a quote. He came over to our house and took the time to go over all the details with us. Once we signed the paperwork the job was completed within about a 2 week time period. (It took about a week to get the permit.) The old roof was stripped and the new roof put on in 3 days which also including the sign off on the inspection. |I highly recommend this company! | | | |

THE COMPANY WAS VERY QUICKLY RESPONSIVE AFTER HURRICANE CHARLEY LAST FALL. THE SALESMAN CAME OUT WITHIN ONE WEEK AND WE ORDERED OUR ROOF. THE WORK WAS SCHEDULED AND STARTED FAIRLY PROMPTLY. THE DOWN FALL THEN WAS THAT AFTER OUR ROOF WAS TAKEN OFF, THEY MAYBE HAD ABOUT 1/4TH OF THE NEW ROOF ON WHEN WE DISCOVERED THEY WERE PUTTING ON THE WRONG SHINGLE. THEY WERE PLACING A THIRTY YEAR SHINGLE AND WE HAD ORDERED AND PAID FOR A FORTY YEAR SHINGLE. BECAUSE THIS WAS THE DAY BEFORE HURRICANE JEAN WAS TO HIT, WE WERE FORCED TO GO AHEAD WITH THE LOWER GRADE SHINGLE. THEY DID ADJUST THE PRICE, BUT THE FACT REMAINS WE RECEIVED A LOWER GRADE PRODUCT THAN WHAT WE INTENDED ON PURCHASING.

THEIR SALES MAN DAVID WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PATIENT. HE EVEN WENT OUT INTO OUR NEIGHBORHOOD TO LOOK AT HOUSES WITH THE SAME COLOR AS OURS SO HE KNOW WHAT COLORS AND TYPES OF SHINGLE SAMPLES TO BRING BY.
