Description of Work: I responded to a solicitation for an inspection from Collis. The representative that they sent out informed me that my roof had a warranty issue and detailed how he would follow up with manufacturer. After two weeks, I called the office trying to reach him, but receive no response. This repeated itself about a half a dozen times until I demanded to speak to his supervisor. Only then did the rep call me back. When he did call, he was dishonest and tried to tell me some nonsense that he clearly was just making up on the fly. The experience was a simply a waste of time and effort.

Description of Work: Collis was one of six roofing contractors that provided estimtes on a roofing problem(water leak) or the need for a new roof. The rep climbed on the roof and stated no doubt you need a new roof. He stated he would be able also fix the water leak problem. This was on Thursday and to this date, 5 days later I have not heardfrom Collis with thier work proposal. FYI, four of the other contractors stated we don't need a new roof for another 5-6 years, and would only fix the leak problem.

Description of Work: Removed the old shingles and installed new high quality GAF Shingles. Rebuilt the chimney, replaced all the flashing and installed new rubber roofing over the porch. Collis did a professional, quality job--I recommend them without reservation. I was thoroughly satisfied with their work.
