We recently moved in to our home which was built in 2006. The travertine floors were need of a good buffing and cleaning. I don't believe they had ever been done. I called 2 places for quotes. One was completely out of the ball park. I called Clean Image for a quote and questioned the owner for all possibilities and requested a quote for the highest and lowest range based on all services prior to actually coming to the house to check square footage. We live in a rather nice neighborhood where quotes on work and services tend to have an additional 30% premium based on location. I felt the price given over the phone was rather reasonable and confirmed an appointment to come check the square footage. Once the square footage was checked, I had made an appointment for the following week to have the floors high pressure washed, holes patched as well as buffed and shined. Two gentlemen arrived on time. They were both very polite and well mannered. They answered all of my questions without hesitation. They also helped me move some furniture despite requesting that the areas to be cleaned were free of furniture, area rugs etc. prior to their arrival. Both gentlemen worked diligently. One the first day, both men were here from 9 to 6pm. The second work day was 9 to 2pm. I was very impressed with the cleaning and the services performed and asked what the charges would be for a maintenance cleaning. I was quoted $350 and scheduled a 6 month appointment for a high pressure wash. I would definitely recommend CLEAN IMAGE for service.

I contacted Carl at Clean Image and he gave me a ballpark estimate over the phone after I described the areas that required service. We made an appointment for a proper estimate and service at that time. On the day, his three member team arrived on-time and in uniform. They inspected the space and we agreed the original estimate was fair and accurate. I signed off and they set to work immediately. A couple of hours later the job was done, we settled up, and the lads were away. They let me know that the builder had failed to caulk the ground floor shower stall (insert big thank-you here) and that the sealant should cure for 48 hours so, I closed the place up. Upon returning, I was delighted to find the grout lines were clean and color-matched throughout the house. Great work done by professional staff.

The team was extremely neat and very professional. The job was bid on the specs I gave them and they included the shower area walls that I had not included in the specs at no extra charge. Very reasonable price. Job performed rapidly and perfectly. Our floors look like new. They found a crack in the shower floor and repaired it as well at no extra charge. They recommended a product (that I purchased from them) for regular cleaning of the floors to reduce the maintenance. It works great and it is much less expensive than our previous floor cleaner. Overall, I couldn't be happier. We will definitely use them again.

A GREAT COMPANY TO CLEAN AND POLISH TILE FLOORS AND CLEAN NASTY GROUT. MET ALL THAT THE ADD SAID THEY WOULD DO AT A FAIR PRICE.

It was a complete waste of my time. I also had four neighbors who wanted their floors cleaned and sealed. They were waiting to see how mine turned out before having their's done. Two of the four have since cleaned and sealed their grout. Had Clean image bothered to give an estimate they would have likely gotten both my and my neighbors' business.

The employees were prompt, professional, and courteous. They arrived on time, described what they would be doing, covered surfaces needing protection (carpet and such), did the requested work promptly and left me happy.

Two months ago, a separate tile installation company installed the tiles well, but incorrectly used impregnating tile sealer in an excessive quantity, leaving visible streaks, raised bumps caused from drip marks, and an uneven surface. The final product was not acceptable by industry standards. Clean Image of Orlando provided a professional opinion of the repair method, consistent with information I had previously learned from other professionals in the business. Clean Image performed the service quickly and professionally, with great results. They left me with a completely clean work area, and I'm fully satisfied with the final appearance of the tiles. This is what I was expecting from the installation contractor. Thanks, Clean Image! They are busy, so plan on scheduling service at least two weeks out.

I called another company and did not get a response. Clean Image was my 2nd choice and responded promptly and gave me an estimate over the phone and scheduled an appointment to do the work (arrival/set-up between 8 - 9am). Carl called in advance of his arrival to confirm, and showed up promptly. He took time to explain the process and sealant options, and then got to work (he brought an assistant who was very personable as well). Carl's truck has an extensive array of cleaning equipment/materials which I'm sure can handle any job. The cleaning took approx. 1.5 hrs, and the sealing approx. 45mins (both within his original estimate). The tile and grout looked like new again after they were finished...exceeded my expectations. Carl was super knowledgeable about tile/grout maintenance, and offered tips for cleaning and maintenance. I am 100% satisfied with the workmanship, professionalism, and value. I highly recommend using Clean Image for any tile/grout cleaning.

The company was not the first I called from the list, but the one who took the most time to explain what each part of the process would be. The estimate and cost were the same. The service technicians were professional and came on time. We will use them again when we get to the next phase of our remodeling.

They came about a year ago and cleaned my tile, grout and changed the color of my grout to a lighter color. Did an awesome job. They came back 6 months later for a free routine checkup and maintenance. Now a year later I am having them clean the tile and grout. They also check and grout holes etc and fix any problems. They truly are a life saver to help me keep my tile looking like new.

The same workmen have been coming for years. They have consistently been on-time, pleasant, professional, and do an excellent job. The cost is very competitive (we obtained quotes from several companies). I highly recommend them.
