Where do I even start? Hiring Darryl at “Classy Pools” was a nightmare from start to finish. He installed the wrong pool equipment, took over $12,000 from me for a job less than half-done, and then ghosted me on the equipment I actually paid for, that he promised to return. To make matters worse, his communication was inconsistent, and he was incredibly unprofessional throughout the entire process. This contractor is unreliable, untrustworthy, and clearly lacks the skills to do the job properly. I feel completely taken advantage of and would strongly advise anyone considering his services to look elsewhere. He’s nothing short of a scammer and I’ll definitely be taking him to court. *Now, I fully expect a snippy comeback dripping with excuses and tall tales, because, according to his other reviews, that's his MO. But don't just take my word for it—grab some popcorn and head over to his complaints on the BBB website for a truly entertaining read. *Bottom line: If you like paying top dollar for bottom-tier service, he’s your guy. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.*

They were very nice, very prompt, i am about to make a decision. I have had a very good experience with them. I love that they use the same crew to provide their different services, they are a smaller company meaning they don't rush from one job to another and they follow up regularly calling me once a week to see if i made a decision. The price was comfortable.

The work crew did a beautiful job and caused as little disruption as possible. The work was finished in 7 days and pool refilled. We are delighted with the results. Our pool looks brand new!

I am satisfied. Pool looks nice and there were not any problems. Rob kept me informed as to what was going to happen as the process went along.

I WAS HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE, BUT I FELT THAT I GUESS IT TOOK MUCH LONGER THAN THEY ORIGINALLY PROVIDED ON THE ESTIMATE TIME WISE. IT WAS DONE TO MY SATISFACTION.
