They were very nice, very prompt, i am about to make a decision. I have had a very good experience with them. I love that they use the same crew to provide their different services, they are a smaller company meaning they don't rush from one job to another and they follow up regularly calling me once a week to see if i made a decision. The price was comfortable.
Description of Work: I have got a quote from Classic Pool and Spa to service the pool and possibly replace the tile around the edge.

The work crew did a beautiful job and caused as little disruption as possible. The work was finished in 7 days and pool refilled. We are delighted with the results. Our pool looks brand new!
Description of Work: The company owner, Rob Flores, is so professional. He described in detail the work that he would performed. We replaced our old cracked blue pool tile with a more modern earth tone tile & cap. The interior needed resurfacing and we opted for a pebble finish as opposed to the diamond brite for a more durable finish with a "lifetime warranty." We got estimates from 3 other companies, all well rated on Angie"s list and the Better Business Bureau. Classic Pool & Spas was the most impressive and their price was in the same range as others. Having 20+ years in the business, we decided to go with Rob and Classic Pool & Spas.

I am satisfied. Pool looks nice and there were not any problems. Rob kept me informed as to what was going to happen as the process went along.
Description of Work: They resurfaced my large pool with a quartz finish, new tile, renovated the deck, replaced the pool side steps and the side rails, added a new rail at the shallow end and a new pool vac line on the side. Also included removing the paint that had been on the pool surface for years

I WAS HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE, BUT I FELT THAT I GUESS IT TOOK MUCH LONGER THAN THEY ORIGINALLY PROVIDED ON THE ESTIMATE TIME WISE. IT WAS DONE TO MY SATISFACTION.
Description of Work: THE POOL WAS REDONE. THEY DRAINED THE POOL, REMOVED THE OLD FINISH, LAID DOWN A NEW FINISH, AND PROVIDED SOME CHEMICALS FOR STARTING UP AN IN-GROUND POOL.
