He was on time, very professional, did a great job, the charge was exactly what was quoted over the phone. The carpets were not saturated and there was no strong odors when he was finished.

Was on time both days, made sure all the furniture pieces that had been moved were put onto foam supports to prevent damage to the carpets. Worked steady and carefully of the surroundings. Nothing broke and the house looks and smells like new

Mr. Bowen did a great job. He knew what he was doing. The tile looks like brand new. He got all the stains out of the dining room chairs and the bench. He picked most of the furniture and cleaned the carpet under it. It dried up very fast. I'm very happy with this experience.

After calling the service and making an appointment, Mr Bowen appeared on time, placed floor protection under the sofa sections, then steam cleaned and dried them, expeditiously and craftsman-like. He removed the small hooked rugs for cleaning at his location, returning them spotless at the agreed-upon time. Expert in every way, and I will certainly call upon him the next time I have similar work to do.

We called them and they set up an appointment for the next morning. The gentleman showed up 10 minutes early and got right to work. Within 2 hours he had done the house from one end to the other. He didn't waste any time. We couldn't believe how clean the rugs and the tile came out. It was far beyond our expectations. The carpets look as good as the day they were installed. He even got a rust spot out in my office that a filing cabinet had made.

He came on time, and did a good thorough job. Without my need or request, he moved large pieces of furniture because he advised me of much dust. He also put special paper under furniture legs. I had to cancel and reschedule three times due to short notice road construction.

I called for an appointment and got one scheduled that was fine; approximately one week in advance. Dan Bowen arrived exactly on time and surveyed the work to be done. He started setting up his equipment and got right to business. Dan did an excellent job of cleaning all of the carpet requested. He did not move heavy (oak roll top desk), but did move lamps, table and living room couches and chairs. He worked quickly and the carpet looked like new when he was done. It had been installed for 5 years and this is the first cleaning and we have two dogs. I am very happy and would recommend Dan for any future business.

He moved furniture and put things under the legs of that which couldn't be moved out of the room.

Bowen Company is really reliable and fantastic. The quality of their work is excellent, the owner takes care of it himself which pleases me very much. The price is perfect too.
