Bartlinsky Property Maintenance was paid for installing 1 ton of river rock at pool area but there is nothing near 1 ton Bartlinsky was paid for repainting pool deck with kool deck paint which is now all stained and ruined apparently by some sort of solution he used as a surface prep before painting the kool deck Bartlinsky was also paid for replacing a pressure valve on the irrigation system but had to be replaced again Nothing he did was correct and all had to be redone!
Description of Work: installed 1 ton of river rock repainted pool deck with kool deck paint replaced pressure valve on irrigation system

Jared assured us he would show up every week to mow our yard and trim our bushes, even in the winter when things didn't grow as rapidly. This week he didn't show up at all and refused to answer his phone when we made repeated calls to him. This evening I received an email from Jared stating that he was no longer servicing our area. No notice and no explanation. NOT PROFESSIONAL!
Description of Work: Mowed lawn and trimmed bushes.

I have a copy of the check paid to Jared for $500, but have not been able to get him to provide an invoice. Rainbird: has not worked properly on automatic setting since installation - Bartlinski has gone out several times but not been able to get the timer to run on a set schedule Wednesday and Saturday. at first, no water came out, then in ran every day. The Seminole county inspector reset it AGAIN this morning (5/29/14). If the timer defaults back to not working at all or runs every day as it has since Saturday - it is a good bet, the timer is bad. I contacted the Seminole County back flow valve inspector and it has been "advised" by Seminole County inspector that the new back flow valve be raised another 8 inches to allow it to work as designed. The installation was around March 19th and the problem remains, without resolution.

Response from Bartlinski's Property Maintenance
This is in regards to a recent complaint against my company, Bartlinski Property Maintenance. It is very unfortunate that this conflict has gone this far. In my 13 years of business have never had a client or project that involved this much miscommunication and confusion. I am very disappointed about this situation; as I have never had an issue that couldn’t be solved to the satisfaction of both parties. Mrs. [member name removed] approached me wanting to install a back flow valve and a new irrigation Rain Bird timer at her rental house in Sanford. I have ample experience in this line of work. We had a verbal (text) agreement on the procedure and cost of the job. I completed the job professional and completely. I double-checked all of the work before leaving including water coverage and ensuring the timer was on and working. The job was completed flawlessly. Rose e-mailed on April 14th, 2014 and informed me that her tenant told her that he wasn’t sure that the irrigation was coming on and working properly and asked me to come and take a look at it. I told her I would get to it as soon as possible but I have a very busy schedule and it might be a couple days. In a voice mail on April 29th, 2014 in she called and said her tenant was “making her crazy”. She wanted to know if her tenant should’ve called me first instead of her. On April 29th, 2014 I went to the property and checked the timer, I had no access to water. During this time frame she called and said the water was still not coming on but the tenant thinks the neighbor has been turning off her water source. She also said she was going to have her lawn care company look at it. On May 12, 2014 she left a voicemail saying Sanford Water said they had a report that the water was cut off at the curb. They offered to have someone turn it on tomorrow at curb site. May 12th, 2014 I stopped what I was doing in the middle of my schedule, free of charge, to go to the property and check things out. The valve was shut off. This means someone had to have physically turn it off. I turned it back on, set the timer for the days/times of the tenant’s request. (2:00 am) I took pictures of the water system working. Rose said she never received the pictures because she doesn’t have a phone capable of viewing pictures. May 12-May 21, 2014 Roughly two weeks passed, I thought everything was solved because she said she was having her lawn care company look at it. I did not here from her for this time period. I went out there on the 21st again and again everything was working perfectly. She called me that day, not knowing I was at the residence, she had hired someone else to look at the job. He said everything was fine expect that the rain sensor was shut off. I had shut off the rain sensor the same morning. My knowledge of the rain sensor is that if is picks up even the slightest moisture it won’t come on for a lengthy amount of time. I wanted to be sure this wasn’t the issue all along so I was testing it. Towards the end, she tells me not to set foot on her property and she is “done” with me but then says I need to “fix” it. I’m not sure what needs to be fixed, as I said, I witnessed everything working perfectly. I was questioning how they know if it’s not working because the tenant requested the time of the irrigation to be 2:00 am. I was confused and when I call to talk she hangs up on me. She has asked for the second key to timer, which I gave to tenant and have told her that a couple times. She also said now the irrigation is going on every day. This is after two other people have looked (and must have adjusted) the timer. She has looked me up on social media and threatened to tell my family about the situation. There was a point where I felt helpless and I felt I did everything in my power to resolve the conflict to no avail. It seems there is a conflict between her and her tenant. There were too many people trying to “fix” this issue. She had the tenant, me, her lawn care employee, and an irrigation company all out looking at the same thing. Then there were multiple problems that I had no control over; her tenant and her arguing about desired time for sprinklers, neighbor possibly turning off their water, and Sanford Water reporting the water was shut off at the curb. I take great pride my work and the services I provide. I hope this can be resolved quickly and maturely. Thank you for your time and help solving this matter.
