Description of Work: Axiom Contracting did two (2) complete re-roofs in our family. My cousin and I live near each other and both of our houses suffered significant roof damage during a storm in early 2013. Axiom Contracting came out and replaced the entire roof on my cousin's house first and then they came did the same for me. And in my case, they even replaced a skylight with a brand new one. They completed all of the work in 5 days, and that includes everything. They were very punctual, professional & reliable and they put on a beautiful new roof that still looks brand new today, nearly 3 years later!

Description of Work: Replaced the Roof and fixed some minor water damage on the ceiling. They used quality materials, very detailed oriented, true professionals.

Description of Work: Cliff gave us a rough estimate over the phone and then came to the site to inspect the roof.

Description of Work: Axiom replaced our roof after hail damage. They also did some extras for us as the roof had a very small leak in the garage due to poor workmanship when the home was originally built. They repaired the damage to the garage ceiling and repainted it for us. They were great with cleanup and were responsive to any concerns. They used quality materials and replaced roof vents and made sure flashing was installed where needed. They even painted the flashing to match the trim so that it did not stand out. We were very pleased with their work.

Description of Work: I asked them to come out to quote a roof repair. They did come out and spent a long time to determine if I needed a full roof replacement. They said they would follow up with another estimate for the roof repair. They didn't. I called to ask if they were still interested in the work. I was told yes they were, that they would have someone out to estimate the repair tomorrow. My wife stayed home from work for the estimate. They were no shows. I called again after trying to find out if they were still interested in the work. Never got a callback. I assume they are not interested. Would have saved us both time and trouble if they would have said so in the first place.

Description of Work: They replaced my roof and also steadied my chimney. I left for vacation and when I came back, it looked like I had just moved in!

Description of Work: Cliff and Will met with us in our home within several hours after our first phone call. They surveyed our roof, took photographs of hail damage, and met with our insurance adjuster to re-evaluate the insurance claim and payment. They kept in touch with us over the weeks that it took for our insurance company to adjust the claim. Axiom reviewed everything with us from damage, materials, costs, color, and near by work. They installed the roof in three days, and cleaned up daily.

Description of Work: Tim Mathews came to inspect and give an estimate for my leaking roof. He was very professional and thorough in explaining what Axiom could do for us, and true to his explanation, Axiom was able to process a claim with my insurance company to replace my roof completely. This would have cost us around $18,000. The inspector that surveyed the job during and after completion said Axiom did VERY good work, all above code requirements. Thank you Axiom and thank you Mr. Mathews. My out of pocket expense was my insurance deductible...that's all. He thought the job could be done in two days but because of rain it took them almost five days (still a very respectable time frame for a complete roof).

Description of Work: Cliff Miller - President was referred to me by a neighbor who had their roof replaced. Cliff was very knowledgable and quickly saw that my roof had sustained wind damage earlier this year (even though I couldn't see it, he did). He met with my insurance company and personally went on the roof and walked thru the inside showing the damage (water stains on the ceiling and walls inside the house). He provided the insurance adjuster a satellite photo and dimensions of the house which made the adjusters life easier. I was approved on the spot, and once approved he worked with my insurance company and mortgage company (as a lien holder they were also on the check from my insurance) to expedite everything. During installation they replaced a lot of wood and also took out all my the exhaust fans replacing them with a ridge cut along the peak of the roof allowing for better ventilation. He painted the chimney and replaced my water ridges over the door areas as little extras. He upgraded architectural tiles and upgraded to commercial grade wood on my flat roof to increase the quality. The yard was picked up, I have not found one nail or piece of trash in now 45 days since the roof was completed. He came by several times after completion to follow up and make sure we were happy with his companies work.
