+ -1 moreThey never showed up or even called to say they were running late. Their office was closed, so when I called, no one answers. they didn't give me the technicians number, and he didn't call. I called the tenants at noon and told them he wasn't coming and to go on with their plans. At nearly 3PM, the technician called and said he would be over in 20 minutes. By then I was 40 miles away doing appointments. I told him to forget it if he could even call to say he was running late. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional.
Description of Work: They were scheduled to come repair a Maytag front loader washing machine on Saturday between 8-12 AM. for one of my rental units. The tenants stayed home all morning waiting for them even though they had places to go. I also stayed in the area to go meet them since they said they needed to be paid at the time of the work.

+ -1 moreWe were very pleased with the service performed. The technician was very good. He did not come during the hours we were told he would, but we learned that the person who regularly schedules appointments was not working, and the technician was not aware we were given a specific time frame. He did return the next day with the necessary parts and repaired the ice maker in no time. If we would have changed the filter as we should have, we could have saved ourselves a service call. We burnt up 2 valves because all the machine was getting air! Lesson learned, CHANGE YOUR FILTER REGULARLY!!
Description of Work: Our Amana side by side refrigerator freezer quit making ice.
