He worked very hard, came out beautiful.

Called Chris, Owner on April 11 and he arrived the same day to provide me with an estimate on re-screening a panel, installing a new gutter end-cap and installing break metal to elite panel. He seemed knowledgeable and friendly enough and said that he would get me a written estimate soon, I received the written estimate on April 14. I had some questions so I sent him an email on the same day and again on April 17. I didn't receive a response to either email so I called Chris on April 21 and he said that he didn't receive my email and that apparently, he has had some computer problems. He answered my questions and said that was booked the rest of this week but that he could do it next week. He stated that he would contact me when he has the date. I received an email from him on May 1 apologizing for computer issues and stating that he could be at my place early next week., I told him that was fine and requested that he contact me at least one day prior of the date to make sure I was home. I never heard from him again until May 12 where he game me same lame excuse for not arriving. In either case, I told him that I was no longer interested. I'm very unhappy because here I am trying to help out and support a new company and person who resides in the same city as me and what do I get - stiffed.

Chris was prompt, professional and did professional type work in a short period of time. Very friendly man and knows what he is doing. Very impressed

Mr. Chris returned my call, called before he came and did the job right away. What a great job and a great guy!
