I called David at Appliance Professional. He was friendly, and answered all my questions. He told me his base price for coming out, and a minimum to maximum price range for repairs. That helped me decide if it was even worth having him come, or if I should consider a new microwave. He came to our place in the timeframe he gave me, and quickly figured out the problem. It was a part in the microwave that just needed some work. He repaired that and just charged me the base price for coming out. He said he will email a receipt, along with a description and photos of what he did. I'd highly recommend him.

It was excellent. They came out again to look at the part at no charge and said that it wasn't the part and explained what I needed to do to fix it and also even gave me an option of how to avoid replacing it. However, I wanted it to be done right so I decided to order the part they suggested. They came back out on a Saturday to install it because they didn't want me to be without ice over the weekend. They also gave me a year warranty on that part as well, which is great because most companies only give about a 90 day warranty!
