Apex roofing actually does what they advertise themselves to do. They actually did fight my insurance company and make them pay for my roof replacement. They walked me through every step of the way and helped me along and kept me in the loop with what they were doing. In the end, I got a new roof, paying only my deductible as I expected. They make the insurance companies do what they are supposed to. Happy with my new Roof. Apex Delivers. Would Recommend.

They out of 80 bails on the cable which damage the firewood under of it. My husband and I with the inspector asking what happened to the roof. Apex is aware of the situation in writing and photos. The supervisor that came in jump up and down to the roof and said to us that this is our problem. They shingle right of it and it looks horrible. We call the project manager about it to fix it. They advised us that someone will call us, but no one call and came in. We been begging them to fix the roof. It's March 16 and still no update with them. It's a complete abandonment.

Apex did an amazing job throughout this process. They communicated with me throughout and made the process very easy. New roof looks great and very happy with how all this went.

Our roof is beautiful and was completed in 2 days. Julius, the inspector was in our neighborhood and set everything up for us. He handled all the insurance company information and all we had to do was set-up a time for the adjuster to do his own inspection. Julius was very professional and courteous. I would give him 5 stars. The salesperson that arrived with samples worked around our schedule. We had to reschedule our installation and there was a slight hiccup with dropping off the supplies and dumpster, but the company quickly fixed it within 24 hours. Once we were ready, the day before installation the supplies were dropped off and work began the following morning. Although the workers were very nice and efficient, none of them spoke English very well which was problematic for me since I had to leave the house on multiple occasions, so it would have been nice to have at least one of them that I could clearly talk to since I don't speak Spanish. That is the only reason we didn't give them 5 stars. There was a small water spot due to rain during the tear-out, but they sent someone to fix repair it within days after the installation. Overall, we are very satisfied with the workmanship and would recommend the company to friends and family.
