 + -1 moreWhen I scheduled the appointment, I was told the charge would be $199. When the bill came, there was an added $5.97 "service charge". I told the technicians who came to my home that I had 2 problems: my rooftop pool solar heating panels had leaks, and they leaked even when the 3-way valve was closed. The technician cycled the valve, and said it worked. I pointed out to him the panels were still leaking even though the valve was closed. He said that was just the residual water "leaking". I have subsequently had the actuator assembly in the valve replaced (by someone else), and the heating panels no longer leak. Incompetence!
Description of Work: Needed to have a 3-way valve repaired. AllSolar charged me $199 for a service call and did not fix the problem. Replacement of the Actuator for the 3-way valve was $79 plus a service charge (for actual service)

Karmin was very helpful, detailed and patient while talking with me about repairs/upgrades to my PV system.
Description of Work: This was a general discussion and estimate of what to do with what I've got - a 10-year-old system with microiverters that are not reporting and several dead panels too.
