I drove from Ruskin to the address listed as their business to look into purchasing a retractable screen door. After driving 50 minutes, the address led us to a housing development in Lithia and to a private residence. Thinking maybe I had inputted the wrong address we looked it up and the address was correct. I then tried to call them and after 6 times of going directly to a voice mail system that only gave the phone number, and not even the business name, I gave up. I checked the web site listed for them, and it comes up as no site can be found. Are they still in business??

Everything went great. I would certainly recommend using this company.

I contacted them for a quote. Wayne called back in a couple of days to set up a appointment, then called and canceled and set a new date. He called and canceled again, and set a new date for Friday the 29th of August. Then called and canceled once again and said he would make Tuesday, September 2, 2008. I have not heard from him again. This Friday, September 12, 2008. You tell me if this is a RELIABLE company worthy of an A on Angie's List.

My experience with him was superb. He responded very promptly & came out. He suggested that we go with Lexan for some of the windows (which we ended up using on 17 of our windows) and he also suggested we use Gortex on some of the larger windows in our home. He came, measured everything & advised us that he didn't take any money down to start the work. He does all the manufacturing & cutting of the shutters himself, the work is not outsourced. We submitted our permit for the work and within about 3 to 4 weeks, the permit was processed & he started the work exactly as he had promised. He himself was there to do the job. When the entire project was done he then asked for payment. His price was 50% less than the other company we looked at going with & that was without using Lexan or Gortex! He was a very courteous & educated man, who knows what he's doing. I would recommend him highly. He's personable & even one time when he was in Jamaica, he returned my call from there. I would use him.
