Will was our primary contact. He is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and was upfront about all of the details of the service he would provide. In addition to the fact that he impressed us, we did bid this out and his price was the most reasonable. He was very clear and communicative throughout the entire process and did what he said he was going to do. Our new sod looks BEAUTIFUL! Even after the job has been done, he's been in touch to make sure all is to our satisfaction. HIGHLY recommend

I had read some reviews where someone had called Quality Sod to fix something that another company had done. So I went with them even though they didn't have necessarily the best reviews. The other reason is because some of the other people that I had called were not going to be able to do it for a long while. I liked that I was pretty much able to get a hold of them when I needed to, and they were fairly prompt. But overall, we weren't really happy with it. I wouldn't use them again. The quality wasn't very good. The sod had a lot of weeds and stuff in it. I just don't feel that they did very good work. They did work hard, don't get me wrong, but their technique, I don't feel it was good.

I had our front lawn replaced this past July, as with all things, you can't predict the weather or its effect on anything. Will is an exceptional worker, it's very rare to find someone with the kind of integrity that he has. Although I do not recommend replacing your lawn during the rainy season, we learned by trial and error. Some of our grass died and even though there was no real obligation for Will to replace a portion of our lawn, he stepped right up and wanted to make sure we were happy with his service. What a breath of fresh air. We replaced the portion of our lawn that was bad, but even though Will said he would split the cost of the sod, we thought it was admirable. We did not take Will up on his offer to split the cost of the sod, but he did the labor for us at no charge. WOW! I challenge anyone to try and find anyone with that much integrity these days. The price overall was not too bad, it's the cost of doing business in the times we live in. You can't go wrong by hiring this firm to do any sod work that you need. He is responsive when you call and again, I can't iterate it enough, he was not obligated to do anything for us. We will use his services again.
