We had Larry and company build a screen room on the back of our house. We met with about six different companies and it was an extremely easy decision to go with Graco. Larry was incredibly informative and honest during the initial discussion. The quote was fair and laid out so we could see exactly what each charge was. After deciding to go with Graco (basically the moment after Larry finished the quote haha), the process was smooth and easy. They helped us make sure we filled out all the paperwork correctly which was a huge help. It took a bit longer to get HOA approval than we hoped, but Larry was in touch and patient the entire time as we waiting for the HOA response. Everything with the actual build went very smooth. The crews were polite, professional, and efficient. It's still new, but the quality seems great. We have absolutely nothing but good things to say about Larry and the whole Graco team. We'll most definitely be recommending Graco to others and looking to them first for any other projects they can help us with.

Larry and Julie of Graco Construction are the BEST. They are honest and reliable and in the - sometimes sketchy - world of contractors, they will get the job done CORRECTLY. Larry is an excellent communicator and we've had nothing but a wonderful experience working with their company, from start to finish. Larry and his group did a great job. We added an extension to our screened in patio. He kept us informed of the progress, from the architect design through the completion of the job. We were able to the existing patio even during the construction. Each crew that came out always cleaned up, which in my eyes, that alone deserves a 5 star rating. We are very happy with the results and plan on using them again for future endeavors.

Larry Mohr was one of the several people to offer a bid on the work I needed on my pool cage, new seven inch gutters, fascia and pool deck. He not only offered me a very competitive price he also offered his friendship whether he did the work or not. I have never been as impressed with the professionalism and quality of work from anyone else that I have hired to do anything. When I need any work done on my house in the future I will save a lot of time by calling my friend Larry because I am very sure that I could never find anyone that I rather have in my home. I had a screened lanai extension with a new slab built. I had 3 companies quote me initially on the same product. Larry Mohr, the owner of Graco was the only one that gave me a professional unit breakdown of cost and labor and was the lowest estimate of the three. Once construction started Larry kept me in the loop every step of the way and showed up on site for every phase. Wow! Exceptional build! A simple phone call to request an estimate turned into a beautiful covered and screened-in lanai. Larry came out to provide an estimate and right out of the gate he showed his interest in wanting to know exactly what was wanted and the understanding of the high expectation I was demanding. His desire to build the best lanai was evident by the additional little touches provided in regards to design and stability. I can't say enough about this experience and the final product. Resurfaced our river rock in the pool area and front of the house. Also built an extended roof over the pool inclosure. Did a top rate job and well worth the money.

I had a complicated flooring project. I needed to smooth out an uneven brick floor that used to be an external patio and that had been brought inside the house during an earlier sun room renovation. This part of the project required knowledge of concrete and masonry, as a bonding primer had to be put down, uneven brick had to be ground down, and some concrete edges were chiseled out. Then, a specialized compound was put down to create a smoother and more level surface in several layers. After that work was done, I wanted new LVT installed over the modified brick floor with a standard underlayment. This part of the project was to be finished out with wood trim (quarter round) and new, matching thresholds. Graco Construction did an outstanding job from the time of first estimate through final clean up and installation of flooring trim and thresholds. They were courteous, professional and hard working. I am not a big fan of going with the cheapest bid because you often get what you pay for. However, I will say that Graco Construction charged significantly less than the only other competent flooring company I could find to tackle this highly specialized project. So, our project was completed with professionalism and high quality at a reasonable price. We are considering Graco Construction now for other projects, including a master bathroom renovation. They were top notch.
