Dave has done an excellent job! He doesn't normally do new installs. His specialty is foundation retro-fits for existing homes, but my dad knew him and told me to give him a call. He gave me a quote, stayed on budget, and even when we had some unexpected bumps in the road and hiccups when other contractors fell through, he did exactly what he was supposed to do. The house is finished and solid. My dad is an inspector, and aside from the fact that all of our county inspections have passed, my dad gave it the okay, so I know it was done right! The thing about Dave is that he will work all hours to get things done. There have been nights in the freezing cold that he's come out at 8:00pm and worked until 4am to get the job done. He has never assumed anything on our behalf - every decision he's had to make he's run by us for our approval and everything has been better than we had expected. He even did some things for us for free that he had not anticipated doing but we asked and he gladly obliged and didn't charge us anything! I'm super happy with his service and would refer him to anyone who needs work done on a mobile!
