"Charles discussed the scope of work and gave me two offers, one for the way he would do it if it were his some and one that would be good. The price for both was more than reasonable. He showed up on time and completed the work to perfection. The cleanup was also impeccable. It was one of the few home projects I felt good about doing. Many times I was disappointed after because you pay the money and the work makes you wish you had just lived with the decrepit before. I can't say enough good about this company. I am looking for other contractors to get some work done.....I hope I am as fortunate when I pick my next contractor."

"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
