They were a pleasure to work with. I had gotten a less expensive quote from an elderly handyman in the senior complex, but he and my tenant argued after which neither was willing to work with the other and I'm out of state. It was WELL worth the extra money to work with professionals who got the job done quickly and well, who worked with me to keep the quote down, and then wound up being able to do "a proper job" (as they'd say in England) at even less than anticipated. The British accent was a bonus! My only complaint is that their phone line answers with one of their other company's name so I wasn't sure Home Advisor had the info correct. When I tried to check the phone # online the only Britannia Windows I could find was a very web-visible company in England . The fun part was finding out (less than an hour after my first attempt to reach them), that the company in England IS their company!

Overall experience was very positive and I would recommend them again.

Phoned company at 11:45 am Oct. 7, 2016 here in Florida. (during the hurricane.) Technician Carl was here in 15 minutes to repair my bedroom window frame, help put screens back in all windows, and completed the repair to the window in 30 minutes with new hardware and springs. Excellent service and would highly recommend this company. Also checked my hurricane shutters while he was here. Thank you for recommending this company.
