Oh man so many hidden costs that they assured me would not happen. A women took over once I paid a large amount of the cost, I didn't receive an updated contract despite them saying they sent it. I never received it nor signed it. But, what could go wrong? When they picked up my things in California they charged me an additional $775 and my couch and table were not being moved afterall. Thats not all, I was told my date changed because the company had a truck going to the state I was moving that weekend. Never said anything about a whole other company delivering it. Today, my stuff was delivered, they man asked me for $350 additional! WTF I told them I didn't have the money and they started throwing my things in the garage. We paid them and i turned to look my lamps were broken, my frames were broken, my TV was half way out of the box, computer destroyed. Mind, I wrapped double wrapped and covered with moving blankets everything that was fragile. i brought one bowl BROKEN

We haven’t moved yet, but they have been great so far
