Luis, called me right away. Said he would be at my house in 1hr & +. Which he was. Look at my AC unit. Explained the problem, gave me an estiment. He had the part in his van to fix the fan unit outside. Installed it in a short time. I was very happy with his work and professional way he handled himself. I will call him again for furture AC work.

Luis was fast and efficient, courteous and kept us informed as to when the part would come in and when he would be here. He gave a reasonable price over the phone and when he came here ran into some rusted nuts & bolts but knew just what to do. Luis was extremely prompt and saved me $3500 because of his honesty. We were being taken advantage of by another A/C company and when I needed a second opinion, he came the next day, prepared to do the work and was able to fix my A/C rather than replace it for a fraction of the cost. Luis is very knowledgeable and is intent upon satisfying the customer. He identified several problems with my A/C system during the service call and then recommended that I submit a claim for the repairs when I told him that I had a home protection policy. He then talked the A/C tech that was dispatched through the problems that he had found. Luis only charged me the cost of an A/C tune-up but ended up saving me several hundred dollars in repair costs that would have otherwise gone into his pocket if he hadn't insisted that I file a claim. That's the most ethical thing I've ever seen a contractor do and now he's my A/C guy for life :)

I have had persistent A/C leaking problems since i bought my place in 2004. So I had the compressor and air handler changed in 2006. The A/C guy didn't change the line, but sprayed a leak sealant into the system, ruining the coil.. It was replaced in 2011. Refrigerant still ran low. So I called a company that charged me $300 for a leaktest, then wanted me to spent $550 more for a nitrogen leak test and $3,000 for a new lineset. This sounded suspicious--why would I need another leak test if they were already sure the leak was in the line? So I found Luis on HA. He found the line leak in 20 minutes and FIXED it for $415. He's my HERO!

Luis is knowledgable and courteous. He did good work, cleaned up. I would use him again.
