Luis responded quickly & arrived promptly. He was courteous, honest & his rate was very reasonable. We have been through several AC companies since moving here & always felt we weren't being told the whole truth. Other companies said we needed an entire system replacement-using scare tactics, etc. quoting thousands & thousands of dollars. Luis serviced our unit & replaced a part for a fair price-our AC is working great! Many thanks-we will be calling Air & Heat Dynamics from now on!

Luis is honest, a very RARE fact in the AC business here in SW FL. My AC equipment was replacedin May 2014, the problems started soon after . THE PROBLEM, THE RETURN WAS SUCKING INVERY HOT, ADIC AIR. The installer returned, over a peroid of 2 years to patch the porly construted conection, they did , between the new attic air handler and the original return duct. Luis from air & heat removed the poorly construted connection and replaced it with one he built. iI do not expect to have the atic air problem, again. After 22 years in SW Florida I have finally found a competent and fair HVAC company. Not only did Luis do a good job with the annual service he went above and beyond taking care of my complaints about our 3 year old system. Without charge he corrected a number of mistakes the installer made 3 years ago that I couldn't get them to fix. The items that needed to be replaced were priced fairly. And to top it off Luis is honest which seems to be the exception to the rule in the air conditioning service industry. I will definitely be using him in the future.

Luis was a breath of fresh air from what we have had in the past!! I actually cancelled a free year of A/C maintenance from another company because of their lack of work ethics. Luis did my repair job quickly and professionally he did not even take full payment until 24 hours later as he said he wanted me to be completely satisfied and sure of his work. Now that to me is a professional man that cares about his customers!!! He had to repair an unprofessional job done by another company years ago. He is my A/C guy from now on.

I couldn't have asked for better customer service and on a Sunday too! Woke up to no a/c this morning and with a baby in the house I needed someone today. Called my Home Warranty company, no answrr and service request contractors never called me. So much for them!(Amer Home Shield) I will be calling them for sure tomorrow to cancel my service or at least be refunded my monthly premium. Thank heaven for Air & Heat Dynamics!

I went online early evening yesterday to search for A/C repair as ours suddenly stopped running and Luis called me right away. He offered to go by and look at it immediately. He quickly identified the issue. He didn't have the part on the truck, but knew he had it in stock. He quoted a fair and reasonable price and agreed he would be back at 9 am this morning. The job was completed and the part was less than quoted. Excellent Service!

I found Air and Heat on this site after a very bad experience with another company. I called Luis and was promptly scheduled. He did the work, at the cost quoted, explained it all, and even pointed out a couple of issues that would eventually need replacement but suggested we could probably get at least another year out of them. No hard sell. A very thourough job and he will be my a/c guy.
