I hire these people to fix my air. He comes to replace a thermostat then leaves? I wait a few hrs then call him back to let him know my air still isn't working and to come back then he says he'll have to charge me again but I should wait 24 hrs and the air will definitely be working and he knows his job. So 24 hrs later ac of course is still not working. The last guy that came to fix my ac had it working and within a few hrs air was cold as ice so I will be calling him back out to fix it. I should've followed my first mind and just had him come in the first place but it was so hot and these people called first so I just let them come but I certainly wont be paying for service I didnt receive. People beware of this company!

Hey put EasySeal in my unit, came out and did a good job.

He came promptly, gave me options, installed new equipment the next morning, all at a reasonable price.

The guy exploited me. We agreed on $125.00 for his service, then he found out that the A/C sensor was broken. He told me he needed another $125.00 to buy the sensor. The sensor was a very tiny piece of device that I thought would never cost that much. Yesterday I went on a fact finding mission to find out the exact price for the sensor. I found out that the sensor costs between $11.00-$20.00 depending on what you want. He made pay extra $105.00 for nothing. I felt exploited and cheated. I will not recommend him for his lack of transparency and deliberate action to cheat.

I'm very happy with the service. They responded to my call quickly, were here the same day and the service man was courteous. We had a/c back on within a few of hours from our call.

The install of our new AC unit was painless and quick. Jovanni worked around my schedule which meant his worked on his day off. The work was done VERY neatly and with great care and consideration for our convenience and comfort. He worked efficiently to get things done. Arrived on time and made no cleanup for me! The owner of Urgent Air is of the nicest, most professional person that I have ever encountered. His prices were great, he came to my house the same day that I called after finishing up his scheduled day. I received a couple of quotes with different options the following morning. He installed our Air Conditioning Unit quickly, and left the house as clean as it was when he got here. I would definitely recommend URGENT AIR to anyone looking to get a new AC unit or have their old one repaired. Bob, Lehigh Acres
