Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control of Lehigh, Florida

After paying $650 upfront for a year's service, I was very unhappy that the problem was not resolved at the end of the year. In fact, because of poor treatment, the problem was even worse. At the end of the year, I paid a different company who came out and took care of it with two visits. Around the same time, Truly Nolen came back and treated the outside of my house without contacting me. They charged me another $117 for this service. I called three times asking to speak to someone about the bill, but was told each time that someone would call me back. No one called back and they turned the bill over to a collections agency. I would STRONGLY recommend AGAINST this company. The only good thing I have to say is that the service techs that came out were always friendly and courteous, though the treatment was ineffective. The office staff was not friendly nor courteous when I called asking to speak to management.

It has been always good. We have been using them for 20 years. I have no complaints with them.

I have a yearly contract for pest control and lawn fertilizer they come whey are schedule and call if they can’t make it on time. I can call if a problem arises and they come out within a day or two. Highly satisfied

Chris was responsive and his teams showed up when they said they would and did a good job. They gave us an estimate and completed the job in a short time frame with no hassle. Very good customer experience.

We started out great with them and had no problems. However, over the past two years, we have started to see a decline in service and have become dissatisfied. One time, we had an exterior service scheduled when not at home. My husband happened to pass the guy on the road and decided to park the next street over just to see what happens when we receive service while absent. The guy was there no longer that 10 or 15 minutes and gone. When we're there, the same service takes 45 - 50 minutes. Another time when we had indoor service scheduled, no one showed up. Yet another time, they showed up with no notice whatsoever! However, the final nail in the coffin was trying to schedule both indoor and outdoor service just recently. We wanted to be available when they arrived but we both had a very busy schedule over a two week period and needed to reschedule. I called to see if we could push the appointment out to the third week. Absolutely not - because it would go beyond their scheduled maintenance for whatever insect barrier they use. Also, they couldn't guarantee they could get there before my husband left for work even if he could be home (he works evenings) and I wouldn't be home until a few hours beyond that. We went round and round trying to find a favorable time during our very busy two weeks because they refused to go out to the third week. I finally gave up and just told them to cancel our service.

We called to have recurring ant and weed problems rectified. I finally asked for a supervisor to contact me. one, then two weeks went by and I was never contacted by a manager. Finally I called with two invoices (one for pest and one for lawn) in hand and told the accounting people that I would NOT pay for services and I was Firing them. Well guess what. A manager called. Think of that. They couldnt bother to call when I had an issue, but they called immediatly when they thought they wouldnt get paid. This exemplifies their priority.

They were to expensive. They seem to be completed but the women that came to give us a quote was really pushy. They did some quickly. They sounded professional.

It costs about $400 yearly and it is easy to work with them. My advice to others is to not pay for the quarterly service unless they have a much older home or live in a badly bugged area. Otherwise just have them come out twice a year and save a couple of hundred dollars. They give me a window as to when I might expect them here for treatment and I asked to call ahead to alert me they were coming, but that did not happen a couple of times.

Everything is fine now, but the only problem I had was punctuality. The first appointment was an hour late after the two hour window. The second appointment was a no-show. I contacted the home office and a supervisor called me immediately and set up another appointment and service has been excellent since. Also, the tech who was late and no show was fired due to other issues.

Professional, and expeditious.

The service is very nice. They get rid of the fire ants and other bugs.

We have a regular contract service with them from the last 10 years. They come once in every three months. They are good and very professional. They get the job done. They come back free of cost if we have any more problems and do whatever we ask them to do. They also use pet and children friendly chemicals. They are a little highly priced compared to the others around here. They do a really good job so it’s worth it.

They are very good and communicate well.

We have them come out every three months. I like them very much. They are a nice business. They are very professional and very flexible. If we call them when we need them they are right there. Their price is comparable to that of everyone else. The quality of their work is excellent. They would come back if we have a problem. We've been very happy with them.

They are very good. They come whenever you call them, even if it's not time to be serviced. They are very prompt and responsive.

We don't have to be home for them to come out, unless we want them to spray the inside. The workers show up on time. We will continue to use them for future service.
