We have been customers for 9 years. The quality of the work has been fine during that time. They don't always make it to our house within the agreed upon 10 days, but generally close. Our backyard is fenced for our two large dogs. At night we let them out into the yard while we stand on the lanai watching what they do. Over the years Tefi's employees have left the gate open several times (you can't see the gate from the back door of the house) and the dogs have gotten out into the neighborhood. It is frightening and maddening until we get them back - we are just a couple of blocks from SR82. Last night we couldn't let them out until very late because of the storms. I was asleep when my wife let them out. She woke me up screaming that the dogs were gone. It took us a while in the dark to get them back home and safe. That was the last straw. Closing that gate is the only thing we have ever asked them to do, never another request in all these years. The damage that could have been done if they had gotten farther than they did.... This will be the end of a very long relationship.
