Description of Work: Miguel installed a new AC unit in an investment property. This is the 4th installation that Sun Coast has handled for us and, as always, the |price was reasonable and came in exactly as quoted. The technicians were prompt and cleaned up after the installation was finished. Miguel's knowledge always gives a comfort level knowing the job will get done right.

+ -1 moreQuick and easy, not much details. They detected the problem, told us how much it would cost, contacted the manufacturer for warranty parts and fixed the AC. This happened in 2010 and them again in 2012. I would use them again.

+ -1 moreThey had serviced my old AC unit, and it was on it's last legs. After thinking it over and discussing the matter, I decided to upgrade to a 4 ton unit, over my old 3.5 ton unit. The old one was undersized for my home, and had to work too hard to cool it. I also had a issue with the back two rooms of my home not cooling the same as the rest of my home. They suggested putting in and extra return duct in the problem area, along with putting a direct AC duct to the area. Sun Coast had the job done in one day, and the unit works and looks great! These guys are hard workers, and you get fast professional service. They are very detail oriented, and their prices are very competitive!
