Very prompt and one day service. Jose and Raul promised satisfaction and delivered same. Solved in less than an hour problem previous past contractors had not. I would use Slider Genie again.

After ariving the following day after my inquiry for help with my slider doors Jose explained to me what they could do to correct the problem. After quoteing me a very reasonable price Jose and Raul immediately went to work at fixing my doors. In a short while they had my doors working like new!

Doors were pretty old, about 1980 aluminum type. Thousands or maybe millions of them around SWFL. Had a couple of upper glide components that tech told me were unavailable unless they ordered in huge quantities so Slider Genie didn't stock. Overall not being able to replace them doesn't seem to be problem. Am happy with job and doors operate fine now. Work was quick and on time.
