He was difficult to contact and impossible to get a solid date for pickup of the materials or installation. He was a no-show, without notice, for one date for material pickup and delivery to the home. He then demanded money up-front for his saw-blades, fuel and other consumables. He also wanted funds pre-paid for "floor preparation". We had agreed on a complete job price and this started to look like a scam after making us wait so long and getting desperate. I do not think he had any intention of even picking up the material after we paid in advance. I made my concern known and that he would be paid when he showed up. He then immediately canceled the job, something no real pro would have done without first at least trying to work it out with a customer. My opinion is a scam.
