I couldnâ t be more pleased with Marcos and his crew, I will be recommending him and contracting with him again on several other projects. All my interactions with the folks from Penedo Pavers Pool, Inc. demonstrated their professionalism and ability to expertly complete the project on budget and on time. I was not able to be on-site during the work, Marcos did an excellent job of keeping me appraised, as weâ ll as my 96 year old father, who was on-site, of his approach, progress,and schedule. Well done. My dad even gave me high marks for hiring Penedo Pavers Pool. This was my first experience with homeadvisor.com; a representative of Penedo Pavers Pool, Inc. reached out to me within 15 minutes of submitting a request and I scheduled a quote visit to my home with Marcos within a half hour. Wow. Marcos was on time and understood exactly what needed to be done; I had the quote and possible schedule in my email the next morning. I also received status text messages letting me know what to expect and when to expect it. I had done a fair bit of fruitlessly talking to contractors, recommended by my neighbors and friends, I know now that I should have started my search with homeadvisor.com. Oh yeah, the price for my project was extremely competitive. The next time anyone asks if Iâ ve got a guy, the answer will be yes - Marcos and the folks at Penedo Pavers Pool, Inc.

Jerome called to schedule a visit for a quote within hours. He called to let me know they would be 15 minutes later. I appreciated the call. Marco came and measured on Friday. I got a quote on Saturday and the job was completed on Monday! They were on time, worked hard and completed the job before noon. They were efficient and neat. Everything was clean when they left. I would definitely recommend them.

Hired this company to regrade our lanai due to poor drainage. The three men who worked on that project were very polite and we were so impressed with how hard they worked. We also accepted their bid to pressure wash, sand and seal all of the lanais. Before they began they moved some of our furniture into the house. This included a very heavy fire pit and refrigerator. Because of the rain, they did not come back for several days. The foreman, Marcos explained that the pavers needed to dry. On the fourth day, one employee came over to work on the sand. We were told at least four times that they would be over and they never showed. Marcos showed up on the seventh day to put down more sand and seal. He told me that two men would be over to move the furniture the next morning. I said we would try to move it ourselves but would let him know. His voicemail was always full so I could not leave him a message anytime during these 9 days. We contacted the owner Jerome to let him know we needed help with the furniture. My husband is 68 years old with two hip replacements. Jerome and Marcos told us they would be back in the afternoon. No one has shown up for two days. They did not clean up the loose sand, there are many places where there is no sand, we have a dead moth sealed into the paver, the fridge and fire pit are still in our house. I made the mistake of paying them two days ago and Jerome has not answered my text.

We had 2 quotes and went with an alternate company! We were super unhappy with the result and had Penedo Pavers come and re-do the pavers the correct way! We wish we would have went them from the start! You could tell the crew was hardworking, respectful and took pride in there craftsmanship and end product!

The job is not complete so I am rating on skill labor which is very good and fast working plus respectful. I can t wait to see the end product.

He guys came in and listened to what I wanted done, they explained the process on how to accomplish what I wanted done. It was done in the time frame they said it would be done. Great job!

Called them on a Wed. Had the estimate by Friday and was actually surprised at the price..! We accepted the estimate and it's now the following Thursday and the job is complete and absolutely beautiful ...! It actually came out much better than we ever expected ..! Wonderful experience working with Marcos! The turn around for information was great and the craftsmanship of his team is amazing! We are so happy to have hired them for our patio installation. They even helped transfer the torn up sod and transplanted to bare spots in our yard. I highly recommend them!

Marco and his crew are amazing. It was a pleasure to have them installing the pavers to our pool deck. The crew is extremely talented and very particular about the quality of their finished job. We had pavers installed 11 years ago by a different company and after watching this crew we realize what a terrible job the first crew did. There is no comparison in the quality of work and their dedication to perfection that Penedo Pavers will do at your house. My husband did a lot of comparison shopping with several companies both big and small. Penedo Pavers was at least $2,000 lower on the bid and still installed the same quality pavers as the other companies. We now have a beautiful paved patio for entertaining company. Oh yes if you decide to have Penedo Pavers complete your job make sure they finish the job with the wet look sealer. Totally a marvelous finish. While the did an amazing job on cleaning, extending and getting rid of the weeds from our pavers on our walkway and patio, which looked great when they left (March 4, 2020). However their follow up is non excitant. We have called them several times regarding the fact that the weeds are back & after several excuses they said they would be out yesterday. Aug 3, 2020. No show and no phone call.

The crew were really easy to get along with, they cleaned up all their trash, were very respectful of our property. when we saw something we wanted fixed, they were happy to oblige and they all thanked me for the work at the end of the job. Usually in this part of Florida contractors are arrogant and act as if they are doing you a favor, it is nice to work with someone who appreciates the customer relationship. Would only call them next time I need that type of work.
