Mowing lawn was good but when trimming around my pool cage they cut 3 of my screens. when I informed the owner , John Derrig with a picture he said that doesn't look like it was done with a trimer, his men didn't do it. I inform him that I always check the screens before a crew comes and the screens were not cut at that time.He said his crew didn't do it so he is not going to pay to have them fixed. I told hem that he is a very dishonest man. I didn't want him on my property again.

Made contact with customer and asked for pictures. He sent me 1 photo. The screen was obviously damaged a long time ago. The screen was frayed at the bottom and had mildew. This is not the customers first time blaming someone who didn’t cause damage on his property. Additionally, many screens were cut during our first service when we took part video of the residence.

Response from LAWN ENFORCEMENT
Customer did not pay since, 07/23/2020. All jobs for the month are documented via GPS on both lawn mowers and trucks. Customer refused to return phone calls and emails. Prior to filing charges will the Sheriff’s Office for theft, I went to his place of business on 09/07/2020. Customer was not there so, I spoke with his boss who I know from my prior business. Customer paid his bill yesterday, 09/08/2020. Customer then left this review on 09/08/2020. If bills are not paid, Lawn Enforcement reserves the right to have people prosecuted like any other business.

It was 10 out of 10. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and they always leave my yard very excellent.

I called lawn enforcement to inquire about a one time mow, some light tree trimming and to shape a few hedges I have. I usually tackle all of these things on my own, but work hours, a few illnesses and a vacation later, my yard started to look like a foreclosure. I spoke with my Nextdoor neighbor and he told me to call John with a Lawn enforcement. The next day, John has my home looking respectable again. I was so Impressed with how fast, and reasonably priced johns work was that I decided to sign up for his monthly maintenance package. I’m not 5 months in, and my yard looks way better than I could ever make it on my own. If you are shopping for a lawn maintenance contractor, John and his team are the best I’ve seen. The attention to detail is second to none. I’ve never had to call him back for anything. He even brought my garbage can in... who does that?!? Thank again Lawn Enforcement... customer for life!
