Green Expectations

Description of Work: We agreed on the price and scope of the job beforehand. It would entail wiping down the walls of the master bathroom and master bedroom and two other bedrooms of my dad's vacant house. Then they would work in his shop to wrap and pack glassware, dishes etc., so that I could move the boxed items out of the shop in order to prepare to sell the property. In the end, this job took nine hours from 10 am to 7 pm. and they did not do any work in the garage. They remained inside the air conditioned house to care for their three children they brought with them to work. When I asked AnnJulie about their babysitter, she said their sitter was unavailable that day. Later, Brian complimented me on the rural area that I live in and said he thought the kids would love to run around because they live in an apartment and it's more difficult to do so there. However, in the end, only four room's walls had been wiped down during that nine hour period. So, I paid $120. and provided food for cleaners to wipe down walls. Unbelievable. |I definetly would not hire Green Expectations again because of their lack of professionalism and very little business sense. This hire ended up costing me alot more then a day's labor.
