+ -1 moreAs just moving to Burnt Store Marina, I was panicked because I didn't know who to call or who I could trust and who was going to pick up my kids. I ask my neighbor, Gary and he had a similar issue happen to his door the month before and recommended Rick. He said he wasn't like the other companies, he really wanted to help and did not charge him a lot. I called the offices and I explained what was going on, they seemed to know exactly what was wrong with the door. They were there within the hour and had the parts with them! I ended up having a broken spring (who knew???)and they replaced both of them. He explained how the door works and what caused the issue. I was really glad that he was upfront with the cost, I thought it was going to cost a lot more. I was so relieved that I was able to get out on time.
Description of Work: My garage door would not open, and I was trapped in my home. I am new to the area and called my neighbor, he recommended Rick. I called and was so relieved that he could come right away. He reassured me that he could take care of the issue, replaced the springs. He was professional, courteous and prompt. In the end, I was able to get my children from school on time!
