Juan and his Crew are awesome. We have used them for 2 Older Commercial Buildings (one shingle, one flat top) here in Naples. Thorough, honest, great quality, competitive pricing & ongoing care, attention and maintenance. They have been awesome to work with and I have also recommended them to friends who needed residential work. I'm sure he is swamped with Ian just rolling through, but Juan and his crew still found time for us. That type of consideration and care past the original work is why I would recommend Juan and his crew over and over again.

1/2021, I needed a new roof per the insurance company and I wanted the gutters replaced as well (not in good shape when I bought the house 3 years ago) Due to covid, it took a little longer than expected and Erika and Victor kept me informed. Juan came out to the house a couple of times to make sure everything was going good and on schedule. I decided to go with Harbor blue instead of Quarry grey and we are happy with the with color choice. I like to be different from other houses in the neighborhood. The gutters were not able to be done, so Erika recommended Michael at Gutter Dogz to do them. Michael was great as well and would definitely recommend them.

Erica and Victor were such a pleasure to work with. In the quoting process they went above and beyond their competition in answering questions and making us feel confident in our decision. During the install the customer service didn't stop. They kept us up to date with progress pictures and email communications as we are not local residents. Couldn't have been happier with the experience!

Durabilis is always right on time with quality results. They were here for the estimate when they said they would. They are honest - told me I could wait for a year or two before replacing the roof - I decided to go ahead because it has a 50 year guarantee backed by owens corning - what's the difference if I do it now or two years from now? The job was well organized. Durabilis pre-scheduled the county inspections on Wed and Friday. Tear off was Tuesday, reshingle on Thursday. No problems found during the instpections. Durabilis is very communicative. I sent them three different emails with questions about the contract and job. They responded immediately.

He is the most thorough by far of the other 5 roofing companies I requested quotes from. He spent most times on the roof, walked through the details with me and addressed specific concerns. Durability Roofing provided photos of the problem areas , made recommendations for a new roof and gave us an estimate in a very timely manner. Because we were out of state, the office manager made several trips to my property and emailed me photos of shingle samples against the body of the house to help me choose the right colour. Once the work started, we received daily progress reports and accompanying photos. The company’s professionalism and willingness to “go the extra mile” took the stress out of dealing with this project long distance. I would highly recommend.

Professional people, amazing work p

Durabilis Roofing was extremely professional and very responsive! I called out for help with a roof leak and they came out the same day to take a look! They found that it was not a roof issue, rather my gutters were not installed correctly by a previous roofing company. They scheduled a time to come back a few days later to do the repair and were on time and extremely professional! They finished the job in a few hours and followed up a few days after to make sure there were no continuing issues. Thank you Victor and crew for such great service!

Everything was exceptional from customer service to installation and thereafter. Owner and Office Staff went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and install crew were professional and courteous. Could not be happier.

Juan was amazing. We had many people come to give us an estimate, no one could match the price Juan gave us NOR the professionalism. Most people were more than double what Juan would charge and often rude or would disappear. Juan made the process smooth and stress free. Juan went through with us our options and the differences between quality, price, personal opinion and colors. He was not pushy with selling things we did not need.
