Description of Work: Technian replaced loose screens in the Lanai with fiberglass screening to keep moisture and blowing sand out.

+ 3 moreThe owner of Clearview, Aaron, and his worker, Chris arrived on time at 9am. They were friendly and professional. I had seen his ad in the yellow pages. In his ad it says "honest and reliable service". I guess my thought was that if someone is willing to put that in their ad, they MUST be willing to back it up. Then I talked to a friend who had used them and had recommended them due to a great experience. So I called. They washed my windows - inside and out. Aaron even cleaned my cieling fans and mirrors-another nice surprize. They transformed my lanai - rescreened it and replaced panels and made it look just incredible! I had a long list of things I wanted done. They completed the list PLUS took the initiative to go the extra mile to get the job done right. I strongly recommend Clearview Window and Screen to everyone. Thier main focus is windows, but they are just plain excellent at all "handyman" type of work as well. I need some presure washing done soon, and will call Clearview to do it.
Description of Work: What an excellent experience! Aaron Dunham and his employee, Chris, did an AMAZING transformation of my lanai in July. Clearview Window and Screen Repair did a lot more than just replace my screens. My lanai was in horrible shape. I had started to paint, but realized it needed much more than just paint. It was filthy - the eves were just black with mildew and dirt, my screens were filthy beyond cleaning, and there were a couple of those metal panel thingys on the ceiling that needed to be replaced. These guys arrived on time, looked and acted very professional, and seemed to really care about doing a good job for me. When I got home, I just could not beleive what I was seeing! Chris had comepletely hand-detailed the eves and they were glowing white! My screens were so fresh and clean and I could actually SEE a big difference! After Aaron replaced the ceiling things, he even grabbed my paint roller and painted the entire ceiling for me - a very unexpected and wonderful surprize! (And he did not charge me any more for it). I feel that the price was more than fair, for what they accomplished. They also washed my windows (inside and out) and cleaned the gutters. I can honestly say that I would highly recommend Clearview Window and Screen Repair. I can't imagine them disappointing ANYONE!
