+ -1 moreI called Juan directly and he happened to be in the Cape at that moment. He came over to make an estimate that day. There was a bit of back and forth emailing to iron out a few details about the job. Once the details were set, they started promptly. They cleaned up after themselves, and the job was done in a few days. The patching is the same color as the rest of the roof and most importantly, there is no more leak. It all went very smoothly.
Description of Work: Replaced a flat roof on the lanai, fixed a leak around a vent.
