+ -1 moreBartley asked for photos of the light and the box before giving a quote so he was well prepared. He came early, which was great. He was methodical and careful in his work. The result was a perfect install. Would definitely use Black Lightening for any future work.

+ -1 moreAll went ok, he is a little slow, it seemed like he milked the clock though, and the 10% fee for any type of payment is really high, I am a business and I only pay 3.5% for people using credit cards. Also, he did not tell me he was charging for drills, tapcons, etc. This was not in the quote. I will hire someone else next time.
