B & B COOL AIR

We were having trouble with our A/C so we contact B&B Cool Air our of Leigh High, FL. Their technician came out several times to evaluate and fix the issue. 3 months, the issue was resolved, but they didn't document any of the visits. They kept trying to send more technicians out to service our unit despite it already being fixed. It felt as if they were trying to milk the issue for as much money as they could. Either that or they are just so disorganized that they can't keep track of their customers. They also lied to my property management company and landlord throughout the process. 0/10 would not recommend - I've opened a case with the BBB. Also, Mary (their phone operator) is just about as unprofessional as they come.

They are simply the best. The first time we had them out, they were on time did the work that needed done. When it was time to replace our AC, we called them and their price was unbeatable. They do great work, at a great price. Communication with this family-owned company is easy and they call if they are going to be late.

Terrific! I am a very satisfied customer. For 2 years I was having the same problem which was not resolved by another company that installed my air conditioning system, They couldn't find the problem and kept telling me nothing was wrong. I am so glad I called B & B Cool Air. They persisted until they found out what was causing the problem. They are very conscientiousness and care about the customer. It is very rare these days to find a company with people who listen and are extremely knowledgeable. I even got two follow up calls from Matthew. He wanted to make sure the system was still working properly. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs service or repair. They are very professional and courteous too. I would give this company an A+++++++++!

Perfect installation. Done in a timely manner. Professional installation. Deals with the City and inspections well (which can be difficult) was one of the less expensive quotes and went with them based on the positive reviews here. Great experience overall.

Matthew at B&B Cool Air was extremely professional. He explained the product and his services clearly. I had a number of local providers quote on the work, and B&B Cool Air was the least expensive, and I had the most confidence in them based on my interaction with Matthew. HVAC unit installed when he said it would be and it works great! Reilable and trustworthy, thanks Matthew! Highly recomended!

Matt came over within a couple hours of calling on a very hot day. He diagnosed the problem and injected dye into the system to ensure all leaks were identified and corrected. Tony came back a couple weeks later and professionally installed a new coil. I've been ripped off by AC companies in the past. These people are honest and did not try to sell me any parts or service I didn't need.

Excellent. They did a great job and were true to their word. They pulled the proper permit and had the town inspector come back and check that all was up to code. The people that installed the unit were professional and knowledgeable. The Rheam AC was on sale and I felt it was a good value. They came on time and did an excellent installation job. The sealed the ceiling above the handler unit and provided me with the proper amount of heating elements that the size of my electrical box could take. They also cleaned up afterwards. It is so hard to find an honest AC company. They are it!!

It went well. The owner of the company came out personally and spent quite a bit of time searching through the attic and checking out componants. He took photos to show us what the problems were. He put booties over his shoes so as to not track any dirt into the house. He scheduled the work within a reasonable time period and was promp and courteous. Would I use B & B again? Absolutely. I highly recommend them.

HONEST, ETHICAL,RELIABLE, REASONABLY PRICED First off, I strictly use the AC a minimal amount of time and set the thermostat to 83 degrees; I hate AC. After explaining that and getting a dozen opinions (no exaggeration) on how to *fix* my AC in the fixer-upper I recently purchased, these guys were the needle in the haystack. All the others either used scare tactics and/or they priced the repair very high in an effort to sell me an entirely new system. After inspecting it, B&B told me that the overall system was in good shape and encouraged repair vs. replacement; my only problem was a cracked primary drain pan. I was quoted a reasonable repair cost, the part was ordered before the guy left, and the repair made the following business day as promised. I was also advised to run the system for at least one week to dry everything out before I turn it off again. Whenever I need additional service work or eventually need a new system, B&B will be the only AC company that I will deal with in the future; I just don't trust anyone else. A+++

I recommend them to everybody. They're fantastic.

We had gone to get estimates on having our air conditioner replaced because it was hot and the system died and they had not only the best price but they also gave us probably a more applicable model for our size house. Everyone was giving quotes for a four-ton unit and they quoted for a five-ton unit and it was still less, and that made a big difference. They do a good job.

After having a number of quotes a selected B&B for the unit and installation. Just before the inital day of installation they called and told me they had a problem. They were having a problem with another installation and asked if they could reschedual me installation. If I could not resschedual they would go ahead with mine but would appriciate it if we could wait a couple of days. I told them I could wait and thanked them for giving me the choise. They arrived on the day of installation promptly and stared right away, with three guys, working. They were all very polite and efficiant. They answered all of my questions, should me the broblems with the old unit. After the unit was installed we were shown how to operate the thermistat. The unit functions wonderfully, it has an electronic filter with UV lighting, it has a humidity control ( excellant ) , and it has a thieft monitor ( pressure reduction swith ) . We are very happy with B&B Cooling and will have the do all of or A/C work from now on.
