+ -1 moreI have used him for years, nearly 4th year now and every year he comes and services both in my rental and at my home. He is very honest and I have recommended him to several people. He comes in and he does his work very thoroughly cleaning all the ducts, all the vents and checks everything out. He makes recommendations but he does not push me to accept them. He is very nice. He is pretty prompt. I think I can get it cheaper but I rely on his honesty and I know the work will get done.
Description of Work: I use Air & Heat Dynamics for my air-conditioning and heating. He does maintenance at both my places.

+ -1 moreLuis showed me what component had failed and gave me 3 prices. First replace failed part, second, replace entire outside unit, third, replace in and outside equipment. We opted for the new equipment which uses the new code freon and should decrease our electric bill. Works for me! Luis has done a lot of work in our complex, we have used him before. Over several years he has proven to respond quickly and get the job done.

Description of Work: Luis came highly recommended by my family who own several properties. I needed a/c contractor to check and certify the condition on the unit of the home I am looking to purchase at the last minute and Luis graciously fitted me into his schedule, the day before the 4th of July holiday. He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and put my mind at ease about the unit's condition. And his estimate of costs is very reasonable. Thank you for such a quick response.
