They had to replace parts. The cost was covered under the warranty. There was a waiting time and much inconvenience.

Needed new capacitator. Scott installed with part from truck. Bingo, A/C working again!

We have a yearly contract with them and we have 2 units. I think their price is typical so I would give them a B. The quality was fine. I would use them again. They have been professional, timely, and their prices are reasonable. They have been very professional. It was fine there was not any problems. I have not had any problems with them. I have used them for several years. They have always been timely and professional. I have not had any problems.

Dave came out to check our system as it was not cooling. He quickly found the issue and unfortunately it was on a holiday weekend and the part was not available. As soon as holiday was over, the part was obtained and systems were up and running quickly.

Steve was our technician and he spent plenty of time explaining what he found and also had solutions for my questions. We used a coupon for the maintenance and purchased custom measured reusable filters which I had been contemplating for some time. Steve also found our ultraviolet system was not installed properly and was unplugged, therefore not working at all.

Not easy to talk to on the phone, almost to the point of being combative. The service department got very frustrated with me and didn't understand what I was asking for. I have contacted a couple other company's that knew exactly what I wanted and were able to give me a price The person that answered the phone was very nice The person in the service department was not user friendly and made me feel like they were not an honest company to deal with. I would not use them

Tech was on time and performed thorough review of both AC units and air handlers. Reviewed status of units after his work with me. Satisfied with the work and would use again.

We had a problem with our central air. Air Advantage serviced our ac for $49 with a value pak coupon. The senior service tech. David Transou cleaned the condensor coils which were caked with dirt, and resealed a leaking air handler in the attic that was sucking in hot air from the attic into the air handler. We need a new system and are aware of that, but David was able to make our old system hang in there until we can afford to replace it. We now have a much more comfortable 76 degrees inside instead of 80 degrees before. I won't hesitate to go with Air Advantage when I upgrade my system in the future. I felt David was honest and tried his best to get our old system to work better.

They are new to me and I basically had this one experience. They seemed very professional. Compared to the previous company I used, they are much more detailed. They really did a good check on the unit and found a minor problem. I was able to get them fix that problem. I am assuming it needed to be done because I trusted them. I trusted the comments that I saw on Angie’s List about these guys and they seemed to be. They don’t charge by the hour, they charge by the job. I have never had this job done by anyone else. It took this technician about 40 minutes to complete the job. The owner answered the phone and called us back. I called them and had a technician within 48 hours. It worked out well. What he fixed is still working. He was actually early and he was very professional. He actually brought the defective piece to show me.

The whole experience went very well. I had a problem with extreme humidity in my home. With the help of Air Advantage installing the new AC unit, we have solved the problem. They were on time and very professional. Since the service, I have contacted them a few times with questions. They are always very helpful and kind. The system works great and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend them to anyone in the future to get quality work done.

I quoted several companies for a new heating/AC system. All but AirAdvantage attempted to tell me I needed new vents, additional duct work etc. AirAvantage gave me a good price, included a UV light fir free and told me I didn't need any of the things the other companies were suggesting. A year after the installation I can confirm they were right. My experience indicates that Ft Myers has more than the normal amount of dishonest HVAC companies. AirAdvantage is the best I have dealt with.

Always prompt. Willing to explain the problem, show the tools an test results. The techs always explain the options as well.

The entire process was fast and professional from the sales call through installation. Ryan, the installer, is very knowledgeable about the product and answered every question. He is a great asset to the company. I had six quotes from various contractors rated "A" on Angies list. Air Advantage was by far the lowest price and didn't attempt to sell me things I didn't need unlike every other supplier.

The whole process was smooth & easy. We were very nervous about finding a reputable company, having just moved here from another state. I had seen the Air Advantage truck in my neighborhood (San Carlos Park) and thought the truck looked clean, well marked, with courteous driver, so I gave them a call. The office staff was extremely courteous & helpful. They had someone out for the estimate same day. After Linda gave me the estimate ($1,400) I told her I wanted to check on prices & get back to her. She was fine with that. It turned out they beat the competition by $800.00-1,300.00!!! Not only that, but some places didn't even have anyone to answer phone during the day and one just called me back 8 days later! The installers arrived right on time. They were both very nice and respectful of our property. They did the job quickly and efficiently, cleaned up when they were done (they vacuumed twice!). Based on our experience I would highly recommend this company!!!
