Description of Work: Excellent service all the way through the process from quote to completion. Complete installation of central heat and AC in house that had none previous. Staff was very professional and completely cleaned up after all work was complete.

+ -1 moreThey could not work on the unit since it needed an electrician before they could even work on it.
Description of Work: Unfortunately I needed an electrician and an A/C company and Able Air does not have electricians. They were very honest and told me that I needed an electrician before they could fix the AC. I appreciated the feedback. They could have just charged me for the service call to tell me that they could not fix it due to the need for an electrician but they did not do that. I was amazed by their honesty.

+ -1 moreMike provided excellent service and was very efficient and responsive. He was very honest and upfront with us regarding the problem. We were extremely satisfied with his service.
Description of Work: We had some mold in our home and Mike came out and examined the mold. He determined the mold was being caused by the humidity stat being turned to the wrong temperature. Mike set the humidity stat to the correct temperature to prevent future problems.

+ -1 moreThey are really good. They are very good about showing up and they don’t overcharge me. I am just happy to keep my contract with them. I would recommend them because they are conscientious and before they fix anything they show me and explain why before they just do it. I had a dead rat in my air conditioning and before they would even remove the dead rat they called me out there and asked if I wanted them to remove it. They don’t do anything without letting you know so that you know what you’re paying for.
Description of Work: For air conditioning I use Able Air Conditioning. They were here in December. They do regular maintenance twice a year on the air conditioning. I have a contract with them so they don’t charge me every time they show up. If I paid them every time it would be $65 but I pay $130 a year.
