It is personal service. I had a question about my lawn and Chuck came out to talk to me personally about my issues. He has great recommendations. It is a local comapny, and they really know their stuff.

They treated our school playground for fire ants about a year ago. They guarantee the treatment for one year or they will treat for free during that time. The treatment lasted for about 10 months and the ants were back. I called them to let them know and they sent someone out. The ants where still there so I called again. They weren't very responsive. I asked if we could just pay for the treatment again that we had that lasted for ten months. A few weeks later, they said that they treated the are again and sent me a bill. A couple weeks later, the ants were back. I called them and emailed them several times, but no one is returning my calls. I think they may have changed there name. The website looks different now. I have a feeling they didn't even do the treatment the second time. Update: I increased the grade because they called me and said that their company had split into two groups and it appears they were not getting my messages. He went out there the day after we talked to reapply the ant treatment. I will come back on to upgrade the quality rating after a month or two of no ants.
