Description of Work: I used Alice Ristine at Tom Grizzard to purchase a second home. She looked at a dozen homes with me before we found the perfect home for me. She never complained that I was looking at too many homes. She was prompt, cheerful, and a pleasure to deal with. She was also helpful in finding a mortgage company. This was my second transaction with Tom Grizzard Realtors. I will happily use them again.

+ -1 moreus the next day to show us another home and do paperwork. We ultimately ended up liking that last home the best. But all the properties were exactly what we were looking for. He did not go out of our price range and was so patient and kind. He even showed up with a map of the area! He is - bar none- the best realtor that I have ever had. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent. He always responds to email, text or calls - unlike 90% of realtors out there. His knowledge, professionalism, and punctuality set him leaps and bounds above the rest.
Description of Work: Bill was the most exceptional realtor that I have ever seen. I was in the Title Insurance business for year and met hundreds of realtors. Bill, is top notch. He is a real pro. We were having trouble finding a realtor that knew that area and would actually answer the phone and return calls. We had already booked a hotel room in the Mt Dora area for the weekend to look at houses and all the other realtors suddenly became "unavailable". We were looking to rent, not buy so many realtors were not even interested in us. Bill, however understood our dillema and even without the "buyers" commission. He devoted a full saturday to us. He had the whole day's appointments set up, and a map of our route. He gave us an honest assessment of each property and was so informative about the whole area. He arrived on time, with his name tag on. SO PROFESSIONAL!! Not to mention he is a very personable fellow. After he spent the entire day with us and our 2 and 1/2 year old, he even met

+ -1 moreShe gave great recommendations on how to get the house ready to sell, it was in a distressed situation. She gave me ideas to get it into move in condition She evaluated the real estate market and came up with a reasonable price to make it sell but at the same time give us a good price. The cost was pretty standard.
