Description of Work: installed a lattice top fence from the canal up to the end of the house and over to the house with a gate. instant privacy for us by the pool. the neighbors love it too since they also now have privacy. it was installed by a wonderful team who were truly nice and informative as well. we are very happy with how the entire transaction went! very professional!!--annie and russ russell

Description of Work: After installation, I realized they had built the fence over a couple sprinkler heads and in 1 case in front of a sprinkler head that prevented the yard from being watered. When I called, to request they remedy this problem, the owner, matter of factly told me they build "X" number of inches inside the property line....true to their word, they did, irregardless of whether it was on top of a sprinkler head or not. I was also I paid $100 to a handyman to fix what should have been done at installation. For that reason, I will never use them again, nor will I recommend them.

Description of Work: The workers did a great job from start to finish. The salesman was a little misleading. They called me after contract had been signed and price agreed upon to tell me they had to pull an additional permit or get some kind of inspection and I was to be responcible for the additional cost. I thought that since they are the professionals, they should have known about this fee, and even if they didn't, they should have covered the cost and not came to me to pay it. My husband and I own a roofing business in Ohio and we would never have done that. We would have paid the fee ourselves. That being said, they fence was beautiful and very professionally installed.

+ -1 moreRandy came out and gave us a very professional presentation that really made our decision process to use Superior as our installer for our fence. Once we had received a letter back from our HOA that gave us permission to have our fence installed, we were able to set up a convenient day and time for the installation to be done. The crew showed up and were able to complete the job in one day. We did find a irrigation line that was broken during the install, but Randy had a guy on the repair as soon as I had finished with my call about the break. I really like the fence and our choice we made to use Superior for the install.
Description of Work: I had a vinyl fence installed around the back and sides of my home. The quality and durability have shown to be a really great investment. I have to occasionally give it a wash for mildew build up, but it cleans easily and quickly. I decided on the lattice style of border around the top of the fence and I am glad I did because of the ability to see around the outside of the fence without having to pull myself up over the top.
