Randy came to my house twice. Once for the estimate which was awesome. Then they came back on time to let me sign the final authorization to do the work. And get the down payment. After this (and the very rainy weather we have in Florida) I finally got my fence installed on 8-15-14. What an incredible job they did. Tyson and his coworker were really professional and informative. They cleaned the yard and left it in better shape then whey they came. Pam was also very helpful and professional whenever I called for information or questions. I would recommend Superior Fence and Rail to anyone who needs any fence repairs or new fencing. Thank you for an exceptional job.

Our fence was installed today. It looks beautiful! Exactly as I hoped it would. Our experience with Superior Fence and Rail has been a very pleasant one. From our first meeting with Randy to Pamela and Catalina in the office to the installation guys today. Pamela even took care of applying for our HOA Approval and the Permit. The installers arrived on schedule and were hard working. They took the time to answer any question I had and were very polite. When the work was done, Tyson went over the inspection of the work with me and explained the care if our new fence. Tyson also explained the warranty and assured me that any problems would be fixed They left the area clean and no trash. I can't wait for my husband to see the fence :) Thank you Superior fence and Rail for a great jib! :)

Everything went very well. I am very happy with my fencing. Randy was punctual for our appointment when he came out to quote the job and was very friendly and professional. The installers were there exactly on time, worked very hard, and were completed on time as well. The installers were friendly and knowledgeable. The office staff were extremely friendly as well, and willing to assist me in any way they could. Overall--a great job and I would definitely use Superior Fence and Rail again in the future.

They fenced in my entire backyard. They were very good. They worked with me on the price.

I closed on the house on Friday and they worked really hard to get the permit and have the fence installed first thing on Monday morning. Tyson and his crew were very polite and did a great job. No follow up on this Superior fence company, even after I called back to inquire. Poor business/client skills.

The fence is excellent looking and installation is perfect. The only complaint we had was the customer service was not to the level we expected. After the initial consult we were the one's that really had to call and find out what was going on. Like I said we never really got any phone calls, just random days and times someone would come over and do measurements etc without any warning of arrival. They are such a busy company so I give them a lot of credit for the excellent fence they installed for us. Thank you!

Double 4 foot gates are needed if you have a lawn service for zero turn lawn cutters. Other fence companies will tell you that you can use a 6 foot gate... not so with a 6 foot privacy fence. With high winds and ground movement, and lawn service, double 4 foot swing gates are required with 2 stainless drop rods to properly secure the gate.

From the letter I sent to this company:It came to our attention that your office was concerned that we were not going to pay the balance due that day. You treated us like common thieves! We had to leave for awhile for a doctors? appointment. We said we would certainly be home prior to the finished construction of our fence. This was unreasonable when we were paying in full by check. You had held the first check for weeks, this being inconsiderate as to our personal finances, too. Also, the post caps were not glued on securely and some were found loose in the yard! We had to glue all but one on ourselves. We found the workers sitting in their truck when we came home. Why couldn?t they glue the post caps on properly!!! Thirdly, when they were digging the post holes they broke a few water supply lines for the sprinkler system. If we were not home, would they have just gone on as though it didn?t matter? We went to Home Depot twice that day. We still have a drainage pipe they broke that has to be repaired. We now have a problem with sections that have moved slightly, but enough to show gaps and a lack of privacy. I am disappointed in your company. I am still hoping you may respond to this letter. One reason it as taken so long to communicate with you is that I had major surgery in May and 3 months of recovery. It has been a very slow path to getting back to work as normal here. UPODATE: They responded by leaving an angry and nasty message on my husband's cell phone.

Worked around my renters schedule to get the fence installed. Had the old fence out and new one in place in less than 2 days. I'm out of state but they still maintained great communication with me until the job was complete. Just last week I had a tree fall onto the fence and they came out to repair it and didn't charge any labor fees. Only charges were for materials that were damaged. Great company, great people and even better quality of service!

Representative was very cordial and came promptly to my house to show materials and explain the cost / installation. We scheduled a time and the fence was put up quickly and well on a day I was at work. Work was completed before I returned home and there was no follow-up call (as promised). They kept a copy of my survey and it took several calls over several weeks to have that returned to me. I was also promised reimbursement for the cost of joining Angie's List if I promised to give them excellent reviews. Almost 3 months later I have still not been reimbursed. I am satisfied with the fencing, but not with the unfulfilled obligations after the installation. Suggest that you pay 1/2 before installation and 1/2 after all obligations are fulfilled.

I got 3 different fence consultations, while Superior Fence & Rail of Lake County was not the least expensive. They look professional and the materials were of good quality.

They were punctual & professional and did a GREAT job. I didn't want the standard post and rail fence and had some of my own ideas. I wanted the fence higher in the back of the yard by the house and shorter in front. So they had to angle the rails in between two of the posts which was done over a tree stump that they had to deal with and then there's the city water meters near the end where i wanted the rails attached to the last post to angle down and lay on the ground. They commented they had never build a fence like mine before, but were patient while I tried to explain what my vision was and they listened and gave me exactly what I wanted. I've created a flower bed by the fence now and It looks great. Many people in my neighborhood have commented on how nicely finished my yard looks now. I will not hesitate to hire Superior fencing for my next project.

Superior Fence & Rail of Lake County Inc did a beautiful job, the installation has been great, the product is wonderful, the price was reasonable, and I've had no problems or issues with it whatsoever. They came out when they said they were and it has been a good experience.

The office staff was on top of everything, and made sure everything with the permits and measurements where completed. The install crew worked hard and didn't waste time while working, they did a great job on the install and clean up the, yard looks great. The material and job is perfect.

After an intensive research on finding a Fence contractor that will not only install, but also provide the supplies, we were not disappointed picking Superior Fence and Rails. Randy Jeppessen gave us an estimate and also came by the location. He presented us what we needed to know about their fences thoroughly with great professionalism. I highly recommend him. The guys that installed the fence was also nice. They worked quietly in the back, never bothered us even for a bathroom break. I don't know how they did it. They were out in the sun for roughly 6 hours. Very happy with the service. Our fence is only a few days old and they look beautiful. The installers were also careful with our irrigation system. They did have to relocate one, which was no problem.
