Description of Work: I did a online request, and they called me back the very next day to confirm the day and time for the appointment. The technicians came on time to my address and performed all of the work I requested and I also got the Scotch Guard treatment for the heavy traffic areas and heavy spill prone areas of the carpet. I had all of the items out of their way and was well prepared for them. They really appreciated my organization and preparedness prior to them arriving, they said it is the one thing that slows them down between each of their stops. They were very professional and my wife and I were very happy with the results. I will have this done each and every year in Spring. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I took advantage of a promotion--$99.00 for four rooms of carpet to be cleaned. The appointment was confirmed the day before and the men arrived on time! They were pleasant and efficient. I was truly surprised to see how good the carpets looked when they were done...The carpets had not been cleaned in some time and there were some very old stains that had not been completely removed the last time the carpets were cleaned. This time, even those stubborn, old stains were gone!

+ -1 moreI always use them for the carpet. They are a little bit more expensive than everybody else but they come in and do a great job. They are always on time and very professional and quick. They move all the furniture, which is the biggest thing. I would like them to do a few more specials in the area. I really have no issues with them.

HIS CARPET CLEANING EQUIPMENT IS AWESOME BECAUSE HE USES THIS BIG MACHINE THAT REALLY CLEANS THE CARPETS. IT'S EXCELLENT. EVERYTHING WAS VERY CLEAN, AND IF HE FINDS A SPOT HE CAN'T GET OUT. HE WORKS IT OUT UNTIL HE WORKS IT OUT OR ALMOST WORKS IT OUT.

+ -1 moreOVERALL, I WOULD SAY I WOULDN'T HIRE THEM AGAIN. I THINK THEY MISSED SOME AREAS WHEN THEY CLEANED THE CARPET. WHEN THEY DID THE PROTECTIVE COATING OVER IT WITH A SPRAYER THEY DRIBBLED SOME ON THE CARPET AND LEFT A LINE.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED THE FAMILY ROOM, LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, TWO BEDROOMS AND THE HALLWAY. IN THE OTHER BEDROOM THEY JUST DID THE TRAFFIC AREAS.

+ -1 moreTHE CENTER OF FLOOR WAS CLEAN. ON THE EDGES AROUND THE WALL YOU COULD SEE DIRT I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW I HAD. IT WAS LIKE THEY PUSHED THE DIRT TO THE WALLS. THE ONE BEDROOM WHICH THE DOGS WERE SELDOM IN WAS THE WORST OF THE WHOLE BUNCH. THEY QUOTED ME A PRICE THEN THEY KEPT ADDING STUFF TO IT. THEY WANTED TO DO MY SECTIONAL SOFA, AND THEY WANTED $300 FOR THAT. I WAS EXPECTING NO MORE THAN $200.
