Savage Roofing is an extremely well run, professional company! Patrick, the owner, is very hands-on and goes above and beyond with communicating. They have great processes in place so that you get an email at each stage of the process (i.e.: permit obtained, etc.). They even take care of going through The Villages' Architectural Review Committee to get the necessary approval, as well as take care of getting the permit. And Patrick and I were able to text each other whenever needed, which was necessary since I was not in Florida while the job was getting done. And then he sent me photos of the various sections of the completed roof when the job was complete! I truly couldn't ask for more! Oh, and very reasonable prices too!
