"Removed and replaced sod, sprinkler repair, and installation of plants. Sod was put down in handful chunks. Then more sod was needed and price went up. He wanted half in cash. After 2 weeks?the sod was thick with 6 different kinds of weeds. I spent hundreds of dollars attempting to eradicate the weeds?."
