The handyman was very professional. There was a problem with the wiring and they identified the problem and corrected it. There was a problem with one fan, manufacturer did not provide the correct pieces, so we had to have them put one install on hold. They later came and installed the ceiling fan.

The two service techs handled these massive doors with ease because they knew what they were doing. There is no way I could have ever taken these doors off the track let alone disassemble them to replace the rollers. They were on time, friendly and very professional..

Dennis is always very prompt, professional and comes prepared for whatever job you need him for.

They work very professional. When they finish, they clean everything.

They left with an exorbitant estimate without even saying the job would completed for that amount. HORRIBLE.

Very well for the mot part. Tech Mike was very prompt and did a great job. Unfortunately, he encountered a power line and had to come back after line was moved out of way. This made the job go longer than expected and being charged by the hour made it a bit more expensive that expected. I will use them again if needed.

I used him twice. The main project I wanted to accomplish was that I had him remove a storm door and I wanted the exterior of my kitchen and living room door to be painted but it never got done. The guy did an excellent job when he was here, but all that got accomplished the last time, it took too long based on the price. I could have had someone else come in and put a screen in for a lot cheaper.

Eric, the guy from Mr. Handyman was awesome. He was quick, professional, and knowledgable. We had a lot of odds and ends repairs around the house including drywall and carpentry work. We did not know what to expect from this service, especially since we were paying by the hour, but Eric was so quick, we knocked out more than double what we planned.

He said he had to put something in the bottom to make it solid and bring the window up so it wouldn't fall back down. He fixed it, he was very nice. You pay for your own materials but he does the labor.

They have good customer service online, they very prompt, came on time and did the job. They are new guys in the region so they are trying to establish themselves. They had a reasonable price.

We did not use them but we really liked them an awful lot. We talked to them and they had a very good game, and they were very convincing. We saw them in the neighborhood, and we knew they were working in the area, and they were getting jobs in this area. They had good reviews anywhere we looked, and John when he came out was very convincing. He was very nice and seemed to know exactly what he was talking about, and he had good ideas. We probably could work with them. They were outstanding and their professionalism was excellent. We didn't follow through agreeing to a contract.

They arrived on time, this wasn't a huge job, but they were professional and very efficient. They ran into some obstacles and the job probably took a little longer than they anticipated. They did a great job and I would strongly recommend this company

They were very prompt and respectful. Everything was completed to our satisfaction and it was great to have the extra hands to complete the projects before our house closed.

Everything went excellent. Flooring not yet finished as they had to order marching oak parquet floor tile to replace damaged tile. I used Angie's List to find this contractor, as I live out of state and needed someone reputable to perform work for my Mother. Mike was excellent in not only performing everything, but also at explaining everything to my Mom so she could understand what he was doing and why.

Shawn returned my email and phone calls, did it for the price we agreed to, showed up on time, and did the job extremely professionally.

Dennis was out to give me an estimate exactly at the time we had agreed. We scheduled the work and it began on time. The work done was of high quality and it took less time than had been estimated. Since all of the work is done by the hour, the final price was less than the original estimate. The workers were professional and friendly. Dennis was on site daily to check progress and quality. He also addressed any questions or observations I had. We wanted the work completed before Thanksgiving and it was. We are very pleased with the results and will call on this company for future needs.

Since we had to handle the transaction for this vacation home from our permanent address out of state, it was very important to hire a trustworthy contractor. The company was very responsive to our needs, even sending a photo of the broken window and the replacement. Upon inspection, the job was done well. The person answering the phone and handling the transaction was especially helpful, knowledgeable and responsive.

He was prompt and professional. He got the job done and that is all I was asking for.

We didn't let them complete all three jobs. We stopped them from working for us b/c they were taking too long to do the work, and we didn't have that time alloted.

Mr. Handyman kept me informed throughout the process, from inspecting the damage, to ordering a window replacement to completing the repair. Although I could probably have found a cheaper alternative or waited to install the window myself, this was a great alternative to handle the problem from a long distance and gave me peace of mind that the home was safe and secure

I liked the fact that we received a phone call, a day prior to the appointment, to confirm the appointment time. The Handyman was on time, insisted on putting on protective booties before coming in (even though I told him it wasn't necessary), did a great job on the projects and cleaned up after himself! It doesn't get any better than that!!
